Sadly , I am echoing the comments below . Had an E Vito ( which I loved ) go back after 10 mths because I’d failed to understand it was an Operating lease so I couldn’t buy . Van was pretty much A1 , inside was immaculate . They didn’t inspect van on collection & then sent me a bill 2 weeks later saying I owe them £591.00 for scratches , what a joke. I took pictures on day it was being collected and it didn’t look like the pictures they had . Don’t deal with them, rogue outfit profiteering with threats . I go to court if necessary . Scandalous + I’ll never buy another Merc . Like previous said , why would Mercedes align themselves with this company .

I agree with so many of these comments. I had a Mercedes S Class for 4 years and 3 months on a PCP. I cherished it like my own and it was the best car I have ever had. It was returned in mint condition but they have also made up fabricated claims that there were scratches down to the bare metal ! I have been inundated with calls from their "debt collectors" and received countless letters of claim. I will not be paying a penny and will defend myself in Court. These are money making schemes and not genuine claims. Mercedes should be ashamed that they are associated with such a company. As someone who has owned many S class Mercedes, this was my first on a PCP. Never again Mercedes.

DO NOT USE MBFS! I have leased many trucks over the years, never had any issues on returning them at the end of contract. A few acceptable charges along the way. Mercedes however have just charged me £625 for polishing out light scratches on a 3 year old truck with 30,000 miles on it. A COMMERCIAL vehicle! I've tried to argue this through every means possible other than going to court. I was worried it will affect credit rating so couldn't take it this far. Absolute disgrace of a company, they'll never get a penny out of me again. PLEASE READ ALL THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO LEASING THROUGH MBFS!!

This company provides a very poor customer service. Any time I call I got a bad experience. I wouldn't use them a gain for my next financing.

Super slechte service, na schade te hebben aan mijn auto, netjes alle benodigde papieren opgestuurd, aangevuld met gegevens van tegenpartij. Allereerst telefoon en mail dat ze geen gegevens hadden, daarna een rekening met eigen risico of men dat ff willen betalen!! Niet op gereageerd omdat de tegenpartij wel degelijk alle medewerking verleend word er gezegd dat men geen contact heeft kunnen krijgen. Kortom teveel moeite om dat t verwerken dus halen we het maar bij de mens zelf weg. Echt te gek voor woorden en respectloos naar de kant toe.

After having dealt with these vultures I will never buy, lease or own another Mercedes. My lease was for a fully maintained vehicle. They argued about tyre replacements until they were illegal and dangerous with the wire exposed. They refused to maintain it to thr standard they themselves demand for return. And required me to pay for the mot a day before the vehicle was returned despite it being a fully maintained vehicle. I've had threatening emails, aggressive phone calls and have had to make it clear to the dealer that I never want contact from merc finance again with a clear intent of legal action should they so much as email me again. When coupled with the bca service who again were aggressive, unhelpful and threatening this has been the most unpleasant experience I could have imagined. I have never been treated this way previously. As a premium brand the customer service and experience is more akin to a back alley dodgy used car dealer selling crappy rust buckets

I am a customer for MB USA for almost 8 years,mon son car lease ended in July so o called to purchase it ,they sent contract then report me late in August 2022 although we are still in August,tried to call Financial Services for 2 days almost 17 times waiting is around 40 minutes each time,try to speak to specialist no hope then on August 8 Monday the whole system to call is down all day is this a company

Worst customer service ever I have 3 cars from MB for 2 days trying to speak to a supervisor after 16 calls and wait time each call for at list 10 to 15 minutes
