Quick easy ordering even though I ordered wrong part which is my end. Fast easy customer service! Pleasant experience

I was slightly skeptical about ordering from the site. I purchased a Banks Monster Ram intake for my 2007 Ram 2500. The gear was shipped out within a day or two and arrived within two days. Everything was packaged well with no defects. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and streamlined ordering process from start, to installation. I am very pleased with this order and will order from them in the future.

My experience was great, received my drilled rotors sooner than estimated. At first there wasn't any info of tracking but after emailing them(they responded quick) i was able to get info on my items. After receiving items, the team even gave me a call to check up on me and see if the items were as expected. They seem to care for customers and are polite, very good customer service. Will be ordering again.

I was just impatient so I thought they took forever to ship but honestly it was just me , once the item was ship , it didn’t take that long for it to come .
