Once again I'm having to rewrite a review and pray no one else has to use this disgusting company who don't even hold stock and sell via 3rd parties. Long story short, received one shock absorber and then a week went by and nothing, constant emails back and to were like pulling teeth. After 3 months we are $300 down and still only have recieved one shock. Mbenzgram, stop trying to get bad reviews removed and instead focus on customer service and actually delivering the items. Show me proof that the other 3 shocks were delivered and I'll remove this post.

This company has my money and refuses to send my part. When I requested a refund, they claim that the refund is processed but I am still waiting for the money. It’s been 8 months. It’s a scam company. Stay away.

Scam of a company. Likes to sell items they do not have or have any ability to get. Then takes forever and a day to get your money back. Run run far away from these scammers

This company is a scam. I ordered some $200 tail lights from them. In the website it never stated that the product was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they said 7-10 business days after 2 months now and over 20 emails, no refund. They same the same BS to me every single time that they will forward my refund request to management in accounting. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMMERS, and I suggest nobody buys from them. And I have read too many reviews on the same BS now, so I am not the only one this has happened to.

terrible customer service. not sure if they are even real. placed a order, 2 weeks later checked if it was shipped. status said unfulfilled on website. so i called, no answer. i emailed and they replied they would expedite my order and email me with the tracking. a week goes by again, and nothing. i contact them again and get the same email response. awaiting third response, then i will contact my bank.

I had ordered some parts online they told me it was gonna take 3 to 4 weeks it did not show up in 3 to 4 weeks. I emailed back they said it was gonna take longer I canceled my order they told me 7 to 10 days for a refund it's been over a month and a 1/2 now. I still have not got anything from them, they say that customer service will contact me soon this has happened about 10 different times now that I emailed them saying for a faster response this place is a scam.

I ordered some carbon fiber pieces from them on Oct 8. Besides taking money, I didn’t hear from them. I tried calling customer service on Oct 21st and their phone is on an infinite loop. I emailed them to hear that it’s coming in the following week. After a few more weeks I reached out again. The response was, ‘ I apologize for the inconvenience, I will alert the warehouse to better assist you’, which didn’t happen. I reached out again with the same response. I’m now beyond a month since I ordered and still don’t have a real answer

Ordered parts, they never said they were not in stock or not available, then got an email stating they out of stock after i reached out, I requested the order to be cancelled & CC to be refunded, which I was told was done, but it's been 3 weeks. Every time I contact them (btw, can only be contacted via email, chat is no help) I get some BS about accounting will be contacting me. Scum of the earth!!!!
