I ordered tires the first off October. Here it is December 16th and still no tires. They have my $800 and I have nothing. I have emailed dozens of times and only received the same form letter saying two weeks the first 5 or 6 times then nothing. They won’t email or answer the phones or call me back. Now what?

It’s been six months and no part, but plenty of excuses. Maybe fault for trying to save ten dollars. I to received forever language and emails stating that manufacturers delays. I think they’re in partnership with a company called Throttle.com because imagine getting the same scam from them also.

THIS COMPANY IS A TURE SCAM. AFTER 7 WEEKS AND SEVERAL EMAILS THAT STATED YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP OUT MONDAY. I GOT A TRACKING NUMBER THAT SHOWS THAT THEY ONLY CREATED A LABEL WITH UPS AND STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER.

Order tires 10 days ago that they said we’re in stock on their website. Cancelled order and never received refund to date. E-mailed company 4X and no response back

I purchased an intake in January 2022 that was supposed to be in stock February 2022. I waited month after month, for them to keep telling me it would be available the next month. I waited patiently until around May of 2022 and requested to cancel with a refund. They agreed. They cancelled the order and never gave me a refund of over $400. I have sent several emails and the give me the same response, “We will process your cancellation and send refund request to accounting- once approved payment will post to your bank account in 7-10 business days and you will receive an email confirmation.” this has been going on for months. They never pick up the phone listed on their site. It is now December of 2022 and I have yet to receive a refund. Don’t waste your money here.

Do not buy!!! Fake tracking link. No receipt provided. Keep getting excuses. Customer service number is a recording that instructs you to email. Filed dispute with my card issuer. Wish me luck. Many negative reviews, wish I would have looked here first.

SCAMMERS!!- I have the same story as all of the others. I purchased an item, they take your payment right away! and then you keep getting the same story-" It will ship next week" Eveyone, that has been scammed from these crooks need to report them to IC3.gov Maybe, if they get enough complaints they will shut these crooks down.

Placed an order on on 9/6 Placed an order on on 9/6. Received order confirmation but no shipping notice after a few weeks. I’ve inquired 4 times for an ETA with no response up to 9/26. I decided to look at reviews and this appears to be the norm. Do not use mbenzgram.com. You’ll need to fight to get your money back or dispute with your bank. Companies like this need to go down, be put out of business. They are trying to combat real reviews by posting fakes. Trust pilot is on it!
