I ordered an Eagle Ford 289/302 Balanced Rotating Assembly kit back on May26,2022. I haven’t received any information on the status of my order! When I try to call them nobody answers! When I email them I get the same answer “ it’s to be shipped in 2 weeks”! The last time I new 9 months doesn’t equal to 2 weeks. I wouldn’t order anything from this company! I had to find out the hard way and now I am out close to $2500! This company is a scam

I give ZERO stars!!!! I ordered part in December 12, 2022 and nothing has been delivered. I have called multiple times per day without answer, in fact, it hangs up after about 20 minutes of being on hold. I have sent multiple emails with fake automatic responses. I ordered $360 and nothing to show for it, and no refund. I am so sick of people sitting on their lazy butts and stealing from people who work hard for their money. Go get a real job and quit stealing!!!!! Pissed beyond measure!!!!

SCAM! I am shocked Affirm still does business since its a liability to them. Simply take notice in the checkout there is no sales tax on your item. #1 sign of a scam. Logistics tries to explain it takes a week to process an order and the factory will update shipping info in 24hrs. Simply buying themselves more time and reducing your odds of getting any money back. STAY AWAY

I’ve had an item cancelled because it was on back order back in September 2022. Have not received the item or my refund. $300. I have never had to get FTC involved but this is no different than stealing off my porch. Do not purchase from this company. Also, good luck getting them on the phone. I challenge all future customers to call and see that they won’t answer.

Can I give them zero stars? What a scam they have going. Ordered part in April 2022 and it was conveniently on nationwide back order.(although other suppliers had it readily available). After 6 months of “it will ship in the next 2 weeks” I cancelled my order. They say they issued a refund but it never appeared on my credit card. Email accounting they say. Accounting won’t return my emails. They will ghost you right away. Now instead of saving 10 bucks, I’m out $130. I don’t even know why they list a phone number, it never gets answered. Freakin scammers. Run away as fast as you can and buy from someone else. Yeah, I’m kinda bitter.

Order $630 part in June. Not in stock, refund approved but never delivered. 7 months, 68 emails and over 50 calls not answered or not returned and still no refund. Lied about sending refund, credit card company did not receive funds. Deliberate lying and scam.

My order said it was delivered but i havent received anything , checked my cameras aswell and nothing .. not sure whats going on
