Never got my order, everytime I emailed them, they said 1-2 weeks. It's been 3 months and now they're not responding to my emails.

I should have research this company better. All other reviews follow the same protocol the company executes. 1-They advertise in stock or 2-3 weeks. 2- Take your money 3- Never answer the phone, probably fake anyways 4- No address I’m not sure how they even got any rates over 2 stars. Probably fake reviews also! Trash company probably fake. Do not risk you money!

This is the worst company to deal with. Like other reviews I ordered an intercooler as a Christmas present. It never showed up and after waiting a few weeks I contacted them to ask when my order would ship. I got a reposnse via email it Would be 2-3 weeks. After waiting 2-3 weeks it never showed nor did I ever get a tracking number. I asked for a refund and the cancelled the order and stated a refund would be processed. After their 7-10 day processing time no refund . I inquired about it as was told to contact their accounting department, so I did several times and no response and not refund. This is not a legitimate business, so please don’t order from MBGran

Ordered a set of BD Diesel exhaust manifolds there because it showed in stock. Placed the order. No problem. Waited 3 days, didn't get any kind of communication about shipping so I sent an email. They responded back saying it was going to be a 3 week wait from the supplier.... not what they had listed online. So, therefor, I asked for a refund. The replied back saying it would be refunded and should see the return clear with 5 days. Well, here I am after 3 weeks of waiting, no return, no correspondence, nothing. SHADY, SCAM, SCUM. WHAT A JOKE. AND, this is not a "fake review"... order number (ticket #) is 20454471. Please, if you see this, run like Forrest Gump....far, far away. Update 2/15/23.... no refund yet. So.... ill just keep on telling people and spreading the word. Social media and whatnot until I get it. Checkout for yourself.... MBscam on Facebook

I needed a bumper for my truck and MB Gram advertised 10% off with a code. Except when you actually checkout the code doesn't work. I ordered anyway because of free shipping. After payment I contacted them to enquire the shipping time and was told "item will ship in 1-2 weeks. 15 days go by and I inquire again to be told my item is in shipping dept and will ship by the end of the next week. I wait till Monday after that week and was told "hang on while I get that tracking number for you." Expect after 6 hours they never got back to me. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money only to be ignored again. So I threaten a charge back and immediately get a cancelation notice that says once accounting authorizes the charge back I'll receive my money in 7-10 days! In 2023 I could get an organ transplant in that amount of time ffs!

Never send the order and kept telling me it will ship next week for a month. Then cancelled it and now over 12 days and still have not received my money back. Will never buy anything from here again. They have of course also stopped answering my emails.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered parts back in September 2022 and still did not receive the order, sent numerous emails and no response from them. Save your self a headache and buy parts elsewhere

Do not do business with them. They will take your money and leave you high and dry. They will tell you things won't ship for a week or two(just so you can't claim fraudulent charges on your card) and continue for months about how they will send your item out next week. It doesn't have paypal or any forms of secure transaction. Prices are too good to be true and this is an exact reason why that's true. Pay the extra few bucks to a legitimate company and do business else where.
