This company will lie over and over again saying special order will ship in 2 to 3 weeks. They are such a bad business that they turned off comments on all there social media sites because of bad reviews. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my refund. Now they don't even answer the phone. Thru email they just keep saying someone in accounting will get back to you. There has got to be away to shut this place down and hold them accountable. I will continue to leave neg feedback everywhere i can until they send me my refund. Update: it’s now been almost 6 weeks sense they said I hear from accounting and would receive my refund. Now there not even replying to my emails. When I call it’s the same thing. Accounting will be in touch. I can’t say it enough. Don’t do business with them. You will most likely get the run around so they can keep your money. Please join the Mbenzgram waiting on refund Facebook group and share your experience.

Mbenzgram.com is run by thieves; they stole $1300 from me. I ordered a KW suspension kit last fall and never received the merchandise or a refund. They strung me along with email responses that said "it's incoming" and "still on special order nationwide, due to ship 3 weeks" and "your order is on SPECIAL ORDER. It is due to ship in 2 weeks." When I requested a refund they said the order was cancelled and refunded but they never processed a refund to my credit card. You're the lucky one; you can still choose to not do business with these jackals.

Wish I could give a negative score. Same story as the other reviewers. Paid $1000 for a set of Edelbrock aluminum cylinder head. After a few weeks I contacted the company and they said they would be arriving in 2 weeks, 2 weeks later the same email. I figured with post Covid shipping delays, so I just forgot about them for another month and got the same email when I contacted again except this one had something about it being a "special order". So gave gave them a few more weeks than when they gave me the same email I cancelled my order. 7-10 days for refund after 10 days i emailed them again. They will check on it and accounting will contact me shortly. Never did. Now I'm fighting with the bank because they only allow 60 days to dispute a charge. But i started doing resource and found some names. I dont even think they have an office because nobody is in the same city. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you dont like your money.

Scam, ive been chasing a refund on wheels that never came in stock. Ive been in an email loop for two months with automated messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its a scam

Scam. Kept pushing back ship date. Cancelled order 4 months ago and still battling them for my refund. Provides responses saying it is processing but no progress is ever made. Total scam.

Scam website! Ordered products and after almost a month the products still have not been shipped claiming “custom parts” when the same parts are on competition websites in stock!! Dont fall for their extra money off not worth it! Currently disputing charges with my card company as the company has yet to refund my purchase! Do not waste your time!!

Will not use this company again. I spent almost $700 on 2 nrg race seats. They kept pushing my ship out date back and back. So I cancelled my order. Waited my 7-10 business days. No money showed up. Called they said they would put in a order for to release the funds within 2 days. That didn’t happen either. They want me to email them and will not call when everyone knows emails take way longer to get things done period. No one will return my phone calls or answer. I think it’s time to file a lawsuit. This seems like it has happened to several people recently.

Placed order on Dec 28, 2021, and credit card was charged immediately. After two weeks, I began emailing and calling every other week. Initially, the response was "your order will ship at the end of next week." Then it became "I spoke with the warehouse and the part is in stock. I'm not sure what the problem is. I will elevate this ticket to my supervisor." This sounds very familiar as I read through the other reviews. A legit company would not charge a customer for a delayed or out of stock item until it was in stock and actually shipped. I hope all the credit card companies don't simply take these charges as a loss and actually go after these dirtbags.
