After purchasing a carburetor from them it took 3.5 months to receive it. Come to find out it was the wrong carb and I contacted them for a refund. They instructed me to send it back and they would refund it. It has now been 10 weeks and contacted them multiple times with no resolution. I would not recommend the use of this company.

Bought tires from these guys in December and they were in stock however after a month they hadn’t shipped and were then on back order. I waited until June to cancel my order. It’s been a month and still no refund. They keep telling me someone from accounting will be assisting me. This outfit is a scam!

I guess im not alone! Order some wheels since February, no tracking number. hours wasted on phone trying to speak with a representative and was even worse. Decided to cancel in April and until this day I have not been refunded. This is a total scam. Also wrote a review in other page and i guess the manage the page cause my review doesn’t appear in the website. Plenty of emails and nothing happens so please stay away from those people Mbenzgram.

Total scam. Stay away. Ordered $1900 worth of wheels and the same story as others. No refunds and dragging on. Past my refund date from my credit card. Feds should also have a look at other business they are associated with. Go to winward and check out the pics that have mbgram, winward and techemet on the side. The winward racing has the same address as the techemet sponsor. Not saying techemet is a bad company but they mainly deal in catalytic converter recycling and we all know how that’s going these days. Seems a little fishy. If you have any question, call their number, Won’t Answer. I’ve called over 10 times, sat on hold, and it just hung up. If they do, get an address for all of us who have been F’ed.

I purchased a Cold Air Intake from MBGram at the end of January 2022, after several weeks I contacted the business to find out the status of my order. Repeatedly I was told by the business’s “customer service” that it was pending shipment. A month passed, I inquired again and this time it was some internal issue that they would get resolved and would ship the Item. Finally in June, I became disgusted at myself for falling for this scam business and requested to have the order canceled and a refund issued. After more than 15 attempts to get a refund from this business, I am now paying a legal remedy. Once I locate this business and/or its owners I will take them to court. This business us a complete SCAM and the people running it are THIEVES! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered an item ($200+) on June 3rd. Received an order confirmation. By June 21st, I received no items, no shipment confirmation, no communication whatsoever. Sent an email. No Response. Tried to call, sat on hold for 10 minutes, no one answered. Sent another email on June 22nd, they said they would "expedite my order." A week later, it still had not shipped and I received no communication. Opened a credit card dispute today. Would not recommend.

This has been the worst online company I've had to deal with. I've had two separate purchases (suspension parts $800 plus and wheels $1,100 plus). They do not have any in stock and kept pushing back the estimated shipping dates for months. After months of waiting, I requested to have the orders cancelled, which they did. It's been over a month and there's no refund being processed even though they just kept saying that their Accounting department would process the refund and send a status update, usually it would take 7-10 business days. There's no way to get a hold of them via the phone number they provided. They do answer emails fairly quickly, but the replies are just not helpful. I've given them plenty of benefit of the doubt. This company has the worst customer service and business practices. They are either a scam or run in an extremely incompetent manner. I'd advise saving yourself the headache and trouble and taking your business somewhere else. I'm having to contact my credit card company now to dispute the charges and file fraud complaints.
