Better then expected
Very unlike me to order from a website without looking at trustpilot reviews, but was panic buying for a gift. My heart sank when after purchasing said gift, I looked at the reviews. 15 days after, I was certain I had been scammed, I wasn't able to chase my delivery, and the website was very hit and miss if I could even find it. Imagine my surprise, when what looks like a genuine Jellycat arrived, if its not real, I think I must be one of the few who got a very good fake. With an added bonus gift. So apart from the lack of help with the delivery, I have no complaints. And the return address was a London address in Croydon, not China.
