I thought these were genuine jellycats but they are not. So overpriced fakes!

Items arrived quickly but tags do not match the items! Emailed for a response. Lolly sugarglider is labelled as sad rat Timmy turtle is labeled as sad doll Would not buy again!

Never received my order #1122, have since learnt they come from China (probably fake as per other reviews). tracking shows airport issues, customs issues, import issues, & delivered

They are not jelly cats cheap fakes dont waste your money they are coming from china

I’ve had an email to say my order was delivered yet I don’t have it! It’s a birthday gift so more than disappointed. I’ve no evidence of delivery or response from this company regarding this order and supposed delivery. Very disappointing experience and service as I’m left without the item I paid for!
