MayfairplushcompanyReviews of mayfairplushcompany.com

Jellycats are clearly fake and there is no way to return/refund I have emailed and no response at all. Avoid using this company!!

If something seems to good to be true, it usually is. I wish I had read the reviews before buying a jellycat that was sold out everywhere else. Tracking information does not work / is fake. Emailed company twice and no response.

Listed as genuine Jellycats, what are very obvious fakes were received. They have ignored multiple attempts to contact them to return and refund. Website has since been taken down. I have had to contact my bank to try and get reimbursed. At least now the website has disappeared they can’t scam even more people but I’m sure many have had a similar experience.

SCAM - fake goods

Not genuine merchandise, bought a jellycat and it was clearly a fake, contacted the company and got zero response

Fake fake fake they out original picture on there website and the price is exactly the same as original to fool us and send fake jellycat. This website has to be reported.

DO NOT BUY FROM MAYFAIR TOY COMPANY – SCAM I’m writing this to help others avoid what happened to me. I ordered what I thought was a real Jellycat as an important, comforting gift for someone. Instead, I received a dirty, poorly made counterfeit in a damaged bag. It was heartbreaking, especially because the gift meant so much. I bought a real Whale Shark Jellycat the next day, and the difference is huge. The website’s reviews looked trustworthy, but they were fake and used real Jellycat photos to mislead customers. I fell for it, and I don’t want anyone else to. I’ve reported as a scam by official means as well. Please buy from an official retailer. Stay safe when shopping online ❤️

Fake avoid at all cost do not buy from these I bought a rabbit and sent little dragon to definitely avoid at all cost
