This was my first time ordering from Maxx. My son loves these sunglasses so I bought him some for Xmas. Ordered on Dec 14 and received them on the 27th. I know the holidays could make the delivery long but I never received a tracking number just a order confirmation. Tried to email but got no response. Finally I called and was able to get a tracking on when it should be delivered the gentleman was very friendly but I believe it should not have come down to calling to find out where my order was.

Ordered 2 pair of sunglasses on November 16. Called your offices on November 28 and still hadn't received them. Guy on phone said the retail department was busy and they would have to call me back. Gave my number to him and never heard a thing from anyone. Your service department and timely shipping sucks.

I ordered 5 pair. It's been three weeks and I still don't have my order. Still don't have a shipment confirmation. I have emailed twice. They replied both times with no shipment date. Spoke to them on the phone once, still no shipment date. No apologies either, just a comment about mu order "still being in the warehouse". I've bought from here before with no problems. Product is good. Not sure what is going on with Maxx today.

We received our sunglassed finally . They are not what we ordered. They are plain black and of very poor quality. We will not be ordering any more glassed from Maxx. Very disappointed.

Last order still not received ? Been 3 weeks

Quality is not what I have experienced with my earlier purchases and colors were not what I expected based upon your website.

I love Maxx sunglasses, however, I had an issue with my order and sent a couple emails to get resolution. Have not heard back after over a week. Tried to call bit there are no extensions for customers who what a refund or exchange.

It took almost a full month to finally receive my order. The box that they came in looked like it had been thrown around, mauled by a bear and then was soggy from moisture. I had to call multiple times to see if they were still even coming. I love the sunglasses but it was crazy how long it took to finally get them.
