Had a pretty disappointing experience overall dealing with this company. In the beginning everything sounded smooth and professional, but once the process actually started, it became difficult to get consistent information. Different things were being said at different times, and it felt like I was always the one chasing updates instead of being kept informed. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of coordination. Timelines kept shifting around, callbacks didn’t happen when promised, and getting straightforward answers became harder the longer things went on. Even small questions turned into long back-and-forth conversations that should have been simple to clear up. Another issue was transparency. Certain costs and details were not explained clearly upfront, so by the time everything progressed further, there were surprises that should have been discussed earlier. That creates a lot of unnecessary stress for customers trying to budget and plan correctly. I also noticed that the company seems heavily focused on maintaining a polished online image. After looking through reviews more carefully, many of the positive ratings sound extremely similar, almost scripted. Maybe other people had different experiences, but the service I dealt with did not reflect the near-perfect image shown online. Customer service also felt inconsistent depending on the stage of the process. Communication was much more responsive early on, but once things moved forward, responses slowed down and concerns didn’t feel like a priority anymore. At the end of the day, the experience just lacked professionalism, organization, and clear communication. Anyone considering working with them should take extra time researching beyond just the overall star rating and make sure everything is clearly documented before moving Forward.
