I placed an order and haven't received anything nor will anyone email me back. Phone number is constantly busy.

They let sent the products from China. First time I ordered something the parcel didn't arrive and they hat to sent it again. Second time the parcel never arrived. They wrote it's DHL but I cann't do anything cause they are the cusomer. I told them and never heard of them again. The money is gone and I am sad.

Goods paid for but not received. Customer services originally good to answer queries, but then stopped replying all together. I'm now going to have to deal with the credit card company to get a refund.
