The whole buying experience with Maxuria was very hassle free and seamless. Words cannot explain how their customer service team went above and beyond to deliver and boy did they deliver! I was wary at first with lots of counterfeits in the market but their chatbot and customer service team helped me obtain the certifications of authenticity that I requested. The lines of communication were very consistent and I obtained all the links to the authenticators that I requested. I was also worried about customs duties but being in the US, the fees were actually included in the price! Another win! After authentication and confirmation on the price, I went ahead and purchased a Birkin in “excellent” condition and I didn’t think it would be possible but the bag actually looked brand new upon receiving it!
