I purchased a replacement cylinder head from Maxpeedingrods based on the compatibility details advertised on their website. The listing clearly indicated it matched my vehicle, but in reality the part was not compatible at all. When I contacted them with evidence (including screenshots and images from their own site), I was told the fault was mine for purchasing the item and offered only 30% of the retail price as compensation. This response is unacceptable and misleading. Under Australian Consumer Law, products must match their description and be fit for purpose. Maxpeedingrods failed to meet these basic consumer guarantees and then attempted to shift blame onto the customer. I would caution others to be extremely careful when purchasing from this company, as their product descriptions may not be reliable and their after‑sales support is inadequate.

Was sent coil overs that hit the body of my car support is now ignoring me after saying they will send them out I've been waiting a month and haven't gotten anything other then warehouse is preparing them

Combiné fileté T7 pour e46. Une catastrophe a l'arrière ca claqué et c'était inreglable et l'avant gauche du jeu, problème de fabrication. Bref pas de remboursement pas de sav. Comme beaucoup qui regarde les Avis après avoir acheté cest bien de l'escroquerie

Non riesco a capire come fa ancora a vendere! Come da titolo la mia peggiore esperienza avuta con questa ditta. Comprato un generatore e dopo meno di un anno si è rotto il motorino di avviamento, colpa mia? tutto da vedere ma mi sono reso disponibile a pagarlo! Niente da fare: non hanno il ricambio!! Mi girano intorno da oltre quattro mesi, promettendo e promettendo ma nulla. Mi sono reso conto che a volte il prezzo giustifica la serietà, mi hanno venduto un prodotto usa e getta , ho sprecato solo soldi e tempo. Che brutta esperienza!

Cheap parts coilovers leak and they don't bother to respond

I bought an RV with a maxspeedingrods touchscreen radio installed by the previous owner. The radio was missing the volume dial. When contacting maxspeedingrods I was told that in order to get a new dial I needed to produce an order from the installer. I could not get an order from the installer and for a part that cost about $10 maxspeedingrods refused to help. This made absolutely zero sense. I would NEVER buy a product from this company. If you do, good luck getting replacement parts. Maxspeedingrods company sucks!

Ordered a 5.0kW petrol generator which turned up within four days. When started up however it did not produce electricity at 240 volts and 50Hz it produced 235 volts at 400Hz. This would severely damage anything plugged into it. My attempts to get this resolved were frustrated by their use of the thoroughly useless complaints procedure provided by EBAY which is geared up to entirely frustrate anyone attempting to use it. They finally asked for a video of the machine to be sent to them, again, via EBAY, (hence you have no idea whether or not they have received it) and two weeks later I have heard nothing.
