Be very careful buying off these I bought a generator off them ordered and payed for on 26th of April they told me it could take five days to arrive as it was in the uk now over a month later still no generator and no money back either after numerous requests hoping PayPal can get it back as last resort

Will never buy maxpeedingrods again Cheap quality, complete crap

Avoid at all costs. Returned an item back to an address they gave us printed the label and put it inside the package as stated. The other label went on outside as stated paid £13.0 at post office for 1st class postage. They are saying they have not received this and are refusing refund. Beware as Amazon don’t want to know as third party seller, they have refused refund even though it was bought from their site. Maxspeedingrods don’t exist at the address they ask you to send back to ie Jupiter unit 1. According to Post office there is no Jupiter at unit 1 on their system, but that’s on the printed label!!!!! Lost £119.0

Scam company. Ordered a distributor and either the wrong one came or it was faulty (the part didn't even have the mandatory nameplate). They refuse to resolve the problem without me paying extra costs, so they don't respect EU guarantee terms. They offered either a partial refund, or for me to pay extra so they'd send another part, when the new part I ordered was problematic. That's not how guarantee works. I have issued a formal complaint with the ECC-Net and I hope no one falls for this scam. Worthless costumer service, someone who doesn't fully understand their rights might actually pay them out of desperation. It's been months at this point. They operate in Europe but they don't respect European Laws. If you're hesitant, avoid at all costs!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM Brought a throttle housing but it was wrong one, requested refund "We committed to provide good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days. No hassle for refund, 15 business days money back guarantee after we received the returned items. We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority" what a load of ????, tried to communicate with them just got fobbed off with returns and restocks costs eventually agreed on compensation still awaiting

Useless customer service, has wrong spec parts listed and doesn’t bother to change or rectify when enquiring.

This company is a scam. I bought a part for my truck and it failed. The part was a bypass valve and it blew out leaking all my coolant out. So I towed vehicle to mechanic and had it fixed. The mechanic got a new valve from dealership and fixed problem.. The old part was pretty much a paperweight. They initially offered 15$ refund along with excuses. Then raised it 20$ saying it was already too much for them. They have warehouses across the world, 60$ shouldn't be that big of a deal. They also in their logic said they would send me a whole new part. Which would cost the same. But they couldn't refund me my money. Now just recently they said I can return the part which is broken and will be thrown away and pay a 20% restock fee on top of shipping cost. This company is a scam. Stay away from them. I am currently still trying to get my refund.
