Buyer beware!
My order took forever then got lost. They told me to file a claim with USPS. Very poor service and support. Buyer beware! Update. The case and glass arrived today. After the delivery notification that was sent to me over a week ago. During this time, in communications with the seller, they insisted it was not their problem and I had to file a claim with USPS. All in all, a horrible customer service experience. If you can find what you need from a US online retailer, you are much better off doing business there. Having received the product does not erase the poor customer experience.

Edit: buyer sent email saying they received the parcel. Whether they will edit the review remains to be seen. We’re the worst, according to him, when we claimed that USPS says item was delivered and kindly gave instructions to collect the insurance. World would be the best place to live in if everyone was as unkind as we are :) It’s unclear what buyers should “beware” of in this situation. The item was delivered to the address you provided, and USPS confirmed that it was delivered to that same address. If there’s an issue, the appropriate step is to file a claim through the insurance we purchase for each parcel. This insurance is in your name, which means you must initiate the claim process. We cannot do this for you. And also, we don’t have to pay for this insurance, but we do and for every parcel that we send. is that also part of our “bad” service? If a buyer believes they are entitled to a refund for a parcel that was successfully delivered, that expectation is simply unrealistic. This is why tracking information and insurance exist. Expecting us to issue refunds whenever someone requests one, without returning the item or following proper procedures, is not a sustainable approach for any business. And if this happened on any other platform, the potential chargeback would be closed against you so fast your head would spin. We often encounter additional challenges, such as customers not providing phone numbers, leading to failed deliveries; not giving access codes to their buildings, preventing postal workers from delivering; or providing incomplete addresses. In such cases, we end up bearing the cost of lost parcels and issuing refunds even when the problem was due to incorrect or incomplete information from the buyer. In short, if the service we provide is not satisfactory to you, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing orders in the future. Thank you. MaxPureCases Team
