I ordered the wrong size case for my iPhone 16 pro and didn’t realize it until I received it. Not only did they offer to replace it for the correct size but didn’t charge me, all I had to pay was the shipping. They told me to keep the other case as a gift for someone else. What great customer service. Thank you!

I initially had some issues to begin with as I ordered the wrong case and I noticed this after I had paid for the item and I was sent the appropriate paperwork in an email. I contacted Customer Services and they immediately solved the problem and sent me the right phone case. I found the person I dealt with to be professional and understood his customers needs, my experience was excellent and the customer services were also absolutely excellent. I was really happy with the outcome. I would recommend without doubt.
