Would not recommend buying products on this website…
I ordered two products several months apart and one was never delivered (issue with delivery company they are using in the UK).
The customer service is horrendous - slow, somehow aggressive, unhelpful and condescending.
I am sure there a better, cheaper and safer ways to buy cases…
Maybe others had a better experience but not me.

Dear AJ,
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. According to Yodel, your order was delivered successfully, and we have both proof of shipping and delivery confirmation on file. Like all online businesses—including platforms like eBay, Amazon, and PayPal—we rely on tracking data to confirm deliveries.
Additionally, every parcel we send is insured in the recipient’s name, and we’ve already explained that this insurance is the correct route to recover your funds in case of loss. If we issued refunds based solely on a buyer’s word, we wouldn’t be able to continue doing business.
We’ve done our best to explain the process, but continuing to demand a refund while refusing to follow our Terms of Service (which you agreed to at checkout) doesn’t help either of us. Filing an insurance claim would likely take less effort than the messages you’ve sent.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, but we’re also human—and when someone chooses to be uncooperative or disrespectful, our tone may reflect that. We’re always happy to help, but only when there’s mutual respect and willingness to follow a fair process.
We understand that not everyone will be happy, and that’s okay. We’re proud to say that the vast majority of our customers are.
Best regards,
The MaxPureCases Team

This is a scamscam
This is a scam. They will not send anything to you. Will pretend that this is a failed delivery. Will ask you to buy the second case before they would refund you money for the first. Stay away from this company.
See what they are saying below about me now. There was no attempted delivery , the exchange of entries beliw is fake and they refunded me only after they saw this review, before that they were asking me to pay for case for the second time if i want it since i cannot do anything to them and they will not refund. They reacted to this post only. they are now asking me to amend my review which shall indeed stay as it is together with their rude comment about me so everyone understands the level of their « customer care ». Stay away from these people.

You are irresponsible, lying and quite honestly a nasty person. Take a look at your tracking from Yodel, a company with who we have nothing to do with: https://www.yodel.co.uk/tracking/JJD0002232686729623/NW61LS

Now, before you continue with your lies, after you’ve made no effort to give complete address and made threats to me like we did something wrong, after we sent the refund, you continue to spread misinformation. This is internet, so everyone has a voice. However, I wish these sort of things were verifiable so that not every frustrated liar can write whatever they want.
We sent two parcels, both not delivered and lost because of the wrong address she did not want to amend or change. And we sent refund. This person is lying through their teeth. We were always kind, they said they’d remove this feedback but they lied about that too. Some people are just no good and nasty. I wish I could say this nicer, but it is impossible.

This is a scam website.
This is a scam website. This review is in public interest, NOT asking anything from seller other than to stop scamming unsuspecting customers.
- Sells counterfeit Apple Watch bands & refuses to provide a US return address. Instead insists on returning items to someone’s personal address in Serbia! This is going to be very expensive if you followed customs disclosure, but that seems to be the plan - scam customers & then make it impossible to return items.
The watch band is counterfeit, rubbery, stretchy pieces of junk that doesn’t compare next to real Apple watch bands I own & doesn’t even connect snugly to the watch. The Apple store employee laughed when I brought your watch band to show them also just to be sure!
Your product compares to something off of Temu.
Learn the definition of OEM before spewing more misinformation.
Response from MaxPureCasesMar 4, 2025
Why not provide your first and last name? What is there to fear? Where is the proof that the items are fake? As we have made clear, no one will be able to pressure us into issuing a refund without a return.
This review is not in public interest, you are rude and selfish in your misinformation. Watch bands are OEM replacement items with significantly lower prices. If they are defective, we replace them immediately. If you want to return them, you can do it, but we are not obligated to have US address. Besides this, buyer is lying and cheating while hiding behind fake name. Very rude. I can’t beging to understand why these people exist.
Additionally, it’s a misconception—particularly among some US customers—that we are required to have a US return address. We serve customers worldwide, and our policies reflect that reality. We encourage you to review our terms of service and approach this matter fairly. Making false claims and attempting to receive free items will not be tolerated.

I am still waiting for an order I…
I am still waiting for an order I placed on February 1. It is now February 17 and according to Yodel they have had it since Feb 4. Nothing is happening. I keep contacting the seller and they say it's on its way. I think it is most likely lost. I keep asking for a refund...
The address is correct and I provided both my phone numbers. I cannot understand what your problem is. None of your links are live.
Response from MaxPureCasesFeb 19, 2025
Dear Caroline,
I don’t believe this rating is fair, but I’d like to take a moment to clarify the situation. At the link below:
https://www.yodel.co.uk/tracking/JJD0002232686563012/LE79jr
We provided you with the option to log in, update the delivery date or address, or even arrange a pickup. Since you chose not to take those steps, we went ahead and updated the delivery date on your behalf.
The shipping company requested additional details—such as a phone number—which you declined to provide. They also asked for more clarity on the address, which you maintained was already correct. Without further information from you, we did what we could to help by rescheduling the delivery. At this point, I can’t guarantee that the delivery will succeed if you’re not willing to cooperate with the courier or update the address.
To protect your privacy, I won’t post your details here, but I can share the current tracking information so that it’s clear what they are requesting. I want readers to know that we take every possible step to help our customers. In fact, we often go above and beyond, replacing items that have been damaged months after purchase—something that even Apple would not do.

Received counterfeit Apple cases with quality issues
I ordered from this site because I was looking for a good alterative to Apple's leather cases but received 2 fake Apple cases with wonky buttons, and a microfibre lining that was poorly cut and didn't extend to the sides of the case. Not issues you'd expect to find after paying almost £70.
I contacted the seller for a refund but despite the issue being their fault wanted me to pay return shipping to Serbia at my expense. I explained that consumer law states that if an item arrives damaged or not as described the retailer must pay for shipping when selling in the UK, customer support then stopped responding to me and I had to raise a chargeback with my bank.
Edit 1:
You can see where their priorities lie, they have chosen to respond to this review and accuse their customer of lying rather than responding to my email where I have provided proof of the issues.
Company policy is irrelevant, if you sell in the UK you need to abide by UK law which states retailers must paying for return shipping if an item arrives damaged.
Edit 2:
I have still not received a response from my email on the 18th. Please check your inbox before blindly accusing your customers of lying. Looking through reviews it sounds like you will be treated with insults and accusations if you have any issues with this company.
Response from MaxPureCasesFeb 19, 2025
Dear Stefan,
We are committed to maintaining our standards of professionalism and transparency. Your requests do not align with our terms of service, and your approach—coupled with an unwillingness to provide supporting proof—makes it difficult to address your concerns in a constructive manner.
As a US-based company, we stand by our policies. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you are welcome to return it for a refund. However, we cannot process a refund without the return, which appears to be the resolution you prefer. Posting inaccurate information will not change this policy.
It’s important to note that we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Any previous issues have stemmed from factors outside of our control, such as cold weather delays or imposed tariffs, rather than product or service faults. In the long run, the truth and integrity of our business will prevail.
Edit: we have responded to you by saying we will not pay for return shipping. Lying about it here will get you nowhere. We have great rating and Apple approved iOS app. Your comments here are flalse, malicious and irrelevant.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

No Customer Service
I purchased an iPhone case recently and realized it is not what I wanted. In attempting to inquire how to go about a return and refund I have emailed 2-3 times and called this company twice only to get a voice recording. Needless to say, it seems they have no customer service but they are quick to respond to these reviews! I will not be buying from h to em again and do not recommend. It seems many others have had a similar experience as I have in reading these reviews.
Response from MaxPureCasesFeb 19, 2025
Dear Danette,
We have responded to your email as soon as possible. Contrary to popular belief, we are also human beings and have two days off during the weekend, which is the time when we are not replying to emails. Additionally, the phone number listed on our website is not a hotline. It is simply the company’s phone number, and our preferred method of communication is email.
p.s. The majority of our customers are happy, as reflected in our “Great” rating. Of course, not everyone will be satisfied, but we strive to address concerns fairly and promptly.
Thank you
MaxPureCases Team
Dear Customers,
We will not be responding to this review. We are unable to verify the identity of the reviewer and are uncertain whether this was a genuine observation. Our products are sourced from Apple, and we have an App Store app that is reviewed by Apple. Additionally, our items are sourced from Apcom, an authorized Apple reseller.
This review will not be deleted because it is a one-star review. It did not originate from the Trust Pilot API. Trust Pilot has not deleted reviews that violate their own Terms of Service, reviews that contain profanity, or even one of our members’ private information (address, name, phone number). However, Trust Pilot has removed all five-star reviews that did not come from their API. Genuine reviews from customers that expressed their gratitude with our service, customers that we’ve pointed towards Google Reviews or Trust Pilot, to give us a review. Trust Pilot has explicitly informed us of the deletion of these “non-API” reviews. They explained that all reviews need to come through their API and all buyers will receive that invitation. However, only 50 invites monthly are free, more than that, you need to pay steep price. Do you care to guess how much would we need to pay for a plan to cover our number of orders in a month? We have more than 350 orders every day. So, if all reviews need to come through their API, why do all of 1-star reviews stay on the platform? I guess those are an exception, as Trust Pilot has never deleted one 1-star review from our company page.
People only visit this platform when they seek a refund, and they use negative feedback as a form of extortion. Yes, individuals can be that petty. Even for a case that costs $40. Since we have received over 350 orders daily for the past four years, it is normal to have accumulated a few dozen negative reviews. Some of these reviews are even justified, as buyers have complained about delivery issues. These situations are inevitable, and after 230,000 orders, some problems and disgruntled customers are bound to arise, regardless of the efforts made to conduct business as effectively as possible.
Regarding TrustPilot, their business practices are questionable, to say the least. Anyone can search for TrustPilot on Reddit (or even consult their Wikipedia page) to observe their questionable business practices.
The company is requesting a substantial monthly fee in exchange for fair treatment of our business. This is not a preference, but a requirement for us to leave genuine positive feedback on their website. We are unwilling to comply with this request. Our realistic TrustPilot score is (and was) 4.5, but after we engaged in persistent email correspondence with their sales representatives, they proceeded to delete our favorable reviews.
I urge everyone to consider the discrepancy between our 10/10 rating on ScamAdviser, our very good average on Google Reviews and the negative feedback we have received - only on this platform. Additionally, we encourage you to explore other websites where we are rated highly, if not exceptionally. This situation demands attention, and such extortion and harassment must cease.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

Never arrived poor customer service and…
Never arrived poor customer service and blamed tariffs on items being three weeks late! Calling my bank and reporting them!
Response from MaxPureCasesFeb 19, 2025
Dear Christopher,
It’s clear that there has been a misunderstanding. Had you reviewed the facts, you would see that the delay in your shipment was indeed due to imposed tariffs, which are referenced in the tracking details. This is not speculation; it is a verified fact.
You selected our basic free international shipping option, which does not carry the same delivery guarantees as paid shipping methods. Even so, the package was delivered only two business days past the normal stated delivery timeframe of 10 business days.
We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, but this situation is not the result of negligence or misinformation on our part. Please let us know if you have any further concerns, but based on the facts, there is no issue to report.
P.S. The free shipping option is designed for customers who prefer the most cost-effective solution and are comfortable with a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. For faster delivery, we offer a standard international shipping option for $3.99, which typically takes 4 days. Additionally, for most regions, there is a $9.99 option for delivery within 2 days. These options are ideal for customers who require faster or expedited shipping.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

Do not trust this website
Do not trust this website. I bought a silicone IPhone 13 case that did not feel protective at all. It took them an entire week to respond to my request for a return after I reached out to their email and the contact form on their website. They told me I needed to mail this back to Serbia to get a refund. They did not create a shipping label for me and claimed shipping would cost $4-$5. The shipping alone through USPS was going to cost over $20. They list a US address on their website but this is actually a USPS distribution center. Price is way too high for a cheap and fake knock off of the Apple cases. Feels like I got scammed by an overseas company.
Response from MaxPureCasesFeb 1, 2025
This claim is entirely false. First, while we are an American company, it’s neither unusual nor against regulations for us not to have a warehouse in the U.S. This is entirely legal and well within our rights.
Second, when you contacted us, you expressed interest in returning the item to exchange it for a different size. We agreed to this and provided you with detailed instructions, including examples of how other customers have handled return shipping for about $5. If you’re unwilling to follow these steps or prefer not to do so, that is your choice. However, it’s inappropriate to respond by falsely claiming that our cases are fake or that the return shipping cost is $20. While expedited shipping could cost more, we clearly explained that standard return shipping is much lower.
Moreover, we offered to refund you as soon as you provided a photo of the return envelope, without requiring the actual item to arrive back at our facility. Making unfounded accusations and retaliatory statements is not only unwarranted but also reflects poorly on character.
We are always happy to assist customers who approach us in good faith, but we ask for fairness and honesty in return.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team
