Die Website verkauft billige Imitate. Es sind Fälschungen von Apple-Produkten. Rückgabe quasi unmöglich, deshalb habe ich es trotzdem behalten. Hier aber die Warnung an alle anderen da draußen.

The case I got bubbles and was broken after just a few months of using. The quality is not good.
Response from MaxPureCasesJun 6, 2025
Dear Olola, If the case had developed bubbles after a few months of use, it would have been replaced. You have contacted us nearly one year after the purchase and requested a replacement. None of our other customers have encountered this issue. If you consistently maintain your phone at 100 degrees Celsius, you may consider an alternative charging method. It is highly unlikely that the case would sustain such damage during normal use. thank you MaxPureCases Team Dear Customers, We will not be responding to this review. We are unable to verify the identity of the reviewer and are uncertain whether this was a genuine observation. Our products are sourced from Apple, and we have an App Store app that is reviewed by Apple. Additionally, our items are sourced from Apcom, an authorized Apple reseller. This review will not be deleted because it is a one-star review. It did not originate from the Trust Pilot API. Trust Pilot has not deleted reviews that violate their own Terms of Service, reviews that contain profanity, or even one of our members’ private information (address, name, phone number). However, Trust Pilot has removed all five-star reviews that did not come from their API. Genuine reviews from customers that expressed their gratitude with our service, customers that we’ve pointed towards Google Reviews or Trust Pilot, to give us a review. Trust Pilot has explicitly informed us of the deletion of these “non-API” reviews. They explained that all reviews need to come through their API and all buyers will receive that invitation. However, only 50 invites monthly are free, more than that, you need to pay steep price. Do you care to guess how much would we need to pay for a plan to cover our number of orders in a month? We have more than 350 orders every day. So, if all reviews need to come through their API, why do all of 1-star reviews stay on the platform? I guess those are an exception, as Trust Pilot has never deleted one 1-star review from our company page. People only visit this platform when they seek a refund, and they use negative feedback as a form of extortion. Yes, individuals can be that petty. Even for a case that costs $40. Since we have received over 350 orders daily for the past four years, it is normal to have accumulated a few dozen negative reviews. Some of these reviews are even justified, as buyers have complained about delivery issues. These situations are inevitable, and after 230,000 orders, some problems and disgruntled customers are bound to arise, regardless of the efforts made to conduct business as effectively as possible. Regarding TrustPilot, their business practices are questionable, to say the least. Anyone can search for TrustPilot on Reddit (or even consult their Wikipedia page) to observe their questionable business practices. The company is requesting a substantial monthly fee in exchange for fair treatment of our business. This is not a preference, but a requirement for us to leave genuine positive feedback on their website. We are unwilling to comply with this request. Our realistic TrustPilot score is (and was) 4.5, but after we engaged in persistent email correspondence with their sales representatives, they proceeded to delete our favorable reviews. I urge everyone to consider the discrepancy between our 10/10 rating on ScamAdviser, our very good average on Google Reviews and the negative feedback we have received - only on this platform. Additionally, we encourage you to explore other websites where we are rated highly, if not exceptionally. This situation demands attention, and such extortion and harassment must cease. We sincerely apologize to any customer who has experienced a negative experience with our service. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will endeavor to resolve your issue to the best of our ability, regardless of the nature of the review you provided. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, MaxPureCases Team

The iPhone case got here is definitely not like the genuine Apple iPhone cases, said it's magsafe, and it's definitely not good enough as a case for magsafe, slips off and doesn't really properly charge through. About as useful as the cases you can get for £15, not nearly £40 and two weeks of delivery from America. Don't bother.
Response from MaxPureCasesMay 2, 2025
Dear Lewis, thank you for your effort to make us refund you. Not going to work. And another shout to the Trust Pilot Team: you are one illegal, nasty operation that extorts businesses by deleting 100% real and genuine 5-star reviews once we reject your offers to pay $1500 each month, to use your API (and be treated fairly). You have deleted hundreds of our genuine reviews and we went from Great to Average - soon to be Poor, I am sure of that. We will fight this as best we can, but we will never, ever pay you for something that's supposed to be free. Everything that people say about you on Reddit and Wikipedia is true. Criminal operation 1-0-1.

Selling Fake Apple IPhone Cases: This seller is a scammer he is selling fake Apple IPhone cases. I purchased one of his cases for $59.95 AUD. They are not genuine Apple cases and it fell apart within a month. When I complained he sent out a replacement case which also fell apart within a month. When I contacted the seller he denied responsibility and was highly unprofessional in his communication and offered no further compensation.

Dear Adele, I want to clarify the situation for everyone reading this. We have always treated you with kindness and promptly replaced your case when it was damaged. That replacement was not needed until six months later—cases don’t simply fall apart overnight, even lower-cost options. Even if you get 0.1$ clear case from Temu. Despite our clear communication and willingness to help, you demanded a refund and threatened to leave negative reviews daily until we complied. We've replaced your case. We've sent refund and emailed you before this review was posted. Although we honored your request and issued the refund, you did not acknowledge it or adjust your feedback. That's the kind of person you are. It’s disappointing to see such behavior over a phone case. We believe in fair treatment and honesty, and we’re saddened that this interaction fell short of that standard. Order #63947- i have placed my order on the 9th of april & i have gotten no update/ response. hoping leaving this review i could get some help with my order. thank you!! Edit: 4/28/2025 i received my package with still no update from the seller. now if you’re coming to this page to seek information whether you want to go through with this site- you’re better off ordering from ebay or the third party seller itself. no where on the website does it state it drop ships non authentic apple cases. just stay away. if you think you’re getting a good deal, it’s too good to be true. if i could add pictures to this review i would, the “magsafe” is poking out of the felt and the edges are lifting of the felt itself. straight counterfeit items.

Dear Mal, you have never sent us photos to show that cases are defective. You only wanted to return all of them, which we accepted. We always responded to your emails, I am not sure if you got our responses or not, but this is not a way to resolve an issue. Please check your junk or spam folders. We've responded to every email you've sent to us. Dear Customers, We will not be responding to this review. AVOID. I had one of these “Apple” cases before but much better quality. Case fell apart after a few weeks so I figured it was a knockoff. I asked for a refund and was refused but they promised a replacement so I said OK. That was over a month ago and despite sending chaser emails I have received nothing. AVOID Now I see they're saying it's the wrong colour. They emailed me 9/2 to say this and I didn't spot the email until 26/2 when I replied, somewhat puzzled. It may well be the wrong colour but it's the case they sent me - it's kind of pink. How can I be expected to know if it's Plum or Fuchsia when their own despatch department obviously doesn't? So they're basically saying I'm lying to get out of their customer service obligations. Caveat emptor.

Dear Lucy, Please, let’s be honest here. Here’s what happened and people should know that. You sent ue an email saying that your iPhone case cracked to which we replied yes we will replace it for you because why wouldn’t you want replacement if the case got damaged so quickly. After that, we just asked you to give us the photo of the damage for our record. And then you sent us a photo of a completely different case. To that we replied with.: “Dear Lucy I’ve reviewed your order and I am a bit confused now, because you’ve made the order for iPhone 16 Pro case in Plum colour and yet the photo you’ve sent to us is of iPhone 16 Pro case in colour Fuscia?” You didn’t manage to explain why would you send us a photo of some completely other case and I for one don’t like to be tricked and fooled so I just decided not to replace it for you because you’re not honest with us. Be honest and kind it only takes a little. Thank you MaxPureCases Team p.s. In the end, refund was offered to Lucy as she promised to acknowledge that by editing this review and after we've refunded her, she did not remove or edit the review.

Sent me a $1 ocean band from Temu. Claims that I have never ordered through them but there has been a thorough discussion via email. REFUSES TO PROVIDE ADDRESS FOR A REFUND. This store does not offer refunds. They send you fake Apple Watch bands for exorbitant prices. The same band is sold on Alibaba Express for $1 dollar. IT IS FAKE. BUYER BEWARE!

1. You did not order this from us. 2. Anyone can return the item to us no matter what the reason is: 3. If you want to return, that’s okay, but I don’t know how I can refund you because there’s no record of your purchase. 4. It’s best you do the chargeback to stop the transaction. p.s. buyer did not respond to our communication via email, although they promised they would...
