Bought an iPhone case for my iPhone 14 Pro; I've had my original iPhone leather case on the phone since day one. The new case that arrived from maxpurecases wasn't even close:/ Apple logo was stamped off-center and burned into the case...real cases are professionally debossed or heat stamped. Then the MagSafe doesn't even register as a case and is instead recognized as a wallet? I was skeptical when it was purchased, and now, seeing the case in person, it has just confirmed my suspicion. It really sucks too, because they use the same photos from Apple's site, so you believe they're real. Should've paid attention to their 61% scam advisor score on Google and gone here to read reviews before purchase.

Dear Jason, It is unlikely that an individual would spontaneously express positive feedback about a case bought at a case store. Upon conducting an online search, one would typically encounter predominantly negative reviews for any brand. This phenomenon arises because individuals tend to express dissatisfaction only when they are particularly displeased. In such instances, all that was required was to send an email to our customer support team. Regrettably, we no longer offer leather cases for the iPhone 14 Pro. Could you please provide me with the date of purchase for your device? Furthermore, I would like to ascertain whether you made your purchase through our website, as we have not received any complaints from a Jason or about leather cases for an extended period. Despite the Trust Pilot score, our business and collaboration with Apple are thriving. It is important to note that Trust Pilot is not a definitive measure of quality. Nike, for example has low Trust Pilot score and is a reputable company.

I ordered an iPhone case and I can tell it’s a complete fake. It’s an ok fake but I was expecting an authentic product.

Dear Grace, What makes you think that the item is fake?

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The package arrived 2 weeks late, and when it finally arrived, the box was damaged. The iPhone 14 Pro Max case did not fit the phone at all, even though it was supposed to be the correct model, and the case itself was deformed. I have tried to return the case, but they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I strongly advise no one to buy from here. The products are clearly fake.

Dear Miss. Our phone number is not a hotline. It’s a company‘s phone number that has a lot of brands underneath and it is not a customer service. Please give us a an email at the [email protected]. And let us know when you send us an email so we can resolve this. We will check also our spam folder to find your email. Thank you

Well MaxPure Cases replied………and their response was to call my review A.I., well I can upload a PDF of my receipt, and a photo of my ApplePay…..they where happy to take my money. They did send me a email (which , I can also submit if required), they offered a refund if I sent the two pieces back to the , hence lies the problem……..Canada Post is on strike, they did not offer me a return prepaid shipping label……..and I’m not paying $36.00 (Canadian) to ship something back to Croatia, bottom line the items are very cheap and not worth the money, I stand by my statement and unlike MaxPureCases I can prove it.sincerely Ralph

Clearly fake. Quality nowhere near what you'd expect for actual apple items. Case sizing was off, ugly lines visible around the case where it should be smooth, glue on the inside of the case... Main thing that resembles the real apple version is the feel of the silicone.

Dear Customers, We will not be responding to this review. We are unable to verify the identity of the reviewer and are uncertain whether this was a genuine observation. Our products are sourced from Apple, and we have an App Store app that is reviewed by Apple. Additionally, our items are sourced from Apcom, an authorized Apple reseller. This review will not be deleted because it is a one-star review. It did not originate from the Trust Pilot API. Trust Pilot has not deleted reviews that violate their own Terms of Service, reviews that contain profanity, or even one of our members’ private information (address, name, phone number). However, Trust Pilot has removed all five-star reviews that did not come from their API. Genuine reviews from customers that expressed their gratitude with our service, customers that we’ve pointed towards Google Reviews or Trust Pilot, to give us a review. Trust Pilot has explicitly informed us of the deletion of these “non-API” reviews. They explained that all reviews need to come through their API and all buyers will receive that invitation. However, only 50 invites monthly are free, more than that, you need to pay steep price. Do you care to guess how much would we need to pay for a plan to cover our number of orders in a month? We have more than 350 orders every day. So, if all reviews need to come through their API, why do all of 1-star reviews stay on the platform? I guess those are an exception, as Trust Pilot has never deleted one 1-star review from our company page. People only visit this platform when they seek a refund, and they use negative feedback as a form of extortion. Yes, individuals can be that petty. Even for a case that costs $40. Since we have received over 350 orders daily for the past four years, it is normal to have accumulated a few dozen negative reviews. Some of these reviews are even justified, as buyers have complained about delivery issues. These situations are inevitable, and after 230,000 orders, some problems and disgruntled customers are bound to arise, regardless of the efforts made to conduct business as effectively as possible. Regarding TrustPilot, their business practices are questionable, to say the least. Anyone can search for TrustPilot on Reddit (or even consult their Wikipedia page) to observe their questionable business practices. The company is requesting a substantial monthly fee in exchange for fair treatment of our business. This is not a preference, but a requirement for us to leave genuine positive feedback on their website. We are unwilling to comply with this request. Our realistic TrustPilot score is (and was) 4.5, but after we engaged in persistent email correspondence with their sales representatives, they proceeded to delete our favorable reviews. I urge everyone to consider the discrepancy between our 10/10 rating on ScamAdviser, our very good average on Google Reviews and the negative feedback we have received - only on this platform. Additionally, we encourage you to explore other websites where we are rated highly, if not exceptionally. This situation demands attention, and such extortion and harassment must cease. We sincerely apologize to any customer who has experienced a negative experience with our service. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will endeavor to resolve your issue to the best of our ability, regardless of the nature of the review you provided. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, MaxPureCases Team

Terrible, awful company. I accidentally purchased a phone case on this website, that charges the same as Apple and takes about a month to get here. They sent false updates on delivery time. DO NOT BUY

Dear Sophia, Your order was made on September 20th, and shipped 5 days ago - today is Sept 26th). USPS tracking number is valid and you did not pay anything for shipping. You paid 39.95€ at the Apple Store, while the price is 69€ there. Let us maintain honesty in our communications. We sell tens of thousands of cases each month. If your order was not delivered in time you think it should have all yoi needed to do is contact our support team. Fabricating false stories will not resolve the issue. P.S. this is link to tracking so everyone can see that what you say is simply not true: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9200190386705812348529 Dear Customers, We will not be responding to this review.
