Avoid by all means. They will send you counterfeit products. Become very hostile in responding customer service inquiries. They use an address for their company which is under investigation by congress due to be used by many scammers. You can read their reviews article here. They are a bit unlucky this time as I am opening a legal case about them for counterfeit item and also partnering with their other shoppers that have bad experience and received such products to make full video about them and other companies that take advantage of loopholes in business registration and regulations in the US. 2/1/26 Total garbage! Ordered their product, never received it and they refused to fix the problem. Zero customer service involved. When you call their number it’s an answering machine! More to follow. 2/6/26 Follow up from email received by their customer service told to go f?$& myself followed by berating my current president. This was entirely unprompted. Not sure what is happening with this company, however, I would steer clear from them entirely…

Much like Jeremy, who wrote the review prior to me, I’ve had the same treatment. I ordered a phone case for my husband as one of his Christmas gifts and it is the wrong size for his phone. Admittedly i think that I made a mistake with the size but regardless I emailed four times and have received no response. I followed all guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges and literally - radio silence. My husband has now bought his own case and told me to just get a refund but no one responds and I’m stuck with a case I can’t use, packed up to return, and am out of pocket. Totally unacceptable customer service be warned

The worst customer service you can imagine there products are fake and cheap low quality when asked to return especially when the packaging was intact they refused instead they wanted more to ship a different product I just wanted my refund NEVER ORDER OR TRUST THIS SITE THEY RIP YOUR MONEY OFF AND SELL YOU CHEAP FAKE CASES AND GIVE NO REFUNDS RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE

Why didn’t I read these reviews first? Unfortunately these are fake I phone cases. The cases arrive in opened iPhone cases and on close inspection with my old genuine case, they are clearly fake. They don’t respond to emails and requests to return items. Simply avoid if you don’t want to be scammed Luckily I got my money back from the bank after logging a complaint but it’s outrageous they can scam you

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS.*** Expensive mistake. Scam. I ordered a case and was pleased when it turned up. Perfect colour and identical to an Apple case, complete with Apple logo and box it came in. However, four months later, the silicone has come away all round the screen, and I now need to buy a new case. Customer services don’t exist.

I wanted to return the case that I ordered. They say on their website that you have to send them an email to initiate the return. I have by now written 3 emails (within about 10 days) and have not received an answer. I am worried now that it is a scam.
