They're dropshipping counterfeit apple products from Chinese manufacturers on alibaba while claiming that they're genuine apple products & how they're a long standing apple partner for 20+ years. The guy, named Branko Maksimovic also has a bad attitude 😂 He also tries very hard to convince people of his legitimacy. All I asked was for the order to be cancelled and refunded due to it being a dropship item from a Chinese manufacturer who is on alibaba with no apple partnership. It's the same shit everyone else is selling on Ebay and Amazon. Just buy it from alibaba for £8 as a sample order instead because it's the same shit and hes charging £39.95 and trying to convince people he's an apple partner for 20+ years 😂

This individual, who purchased an item two days ago, has already begun to insult us after we informed him that we are unable to process a refund. His claims are entirely baseless, as we are a Google Merchant Center and Apple-approved business with an iOS app available on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/maxpurecases/id6738140656 It’s disheartening to witness the lengths some individuals are willing to go to obtain refunds and free items. However, considering the substantial number of monthly orders, encountering a few “bad apples” is likely. To anyone reading this: Speaking negatively about others rarely leads to positive outcomes. While it might seem easier for businesses to issue refunds to buyers like these (who make up less than 0.01%), we believe it’s important to address the situation transparently and set an example. Additionally, it’s worth noting that many review platforms tend to remove a significant number of positive reviews—a challenge most business owners are all too familiar with.
