Slow to process and deliver, when pressed about this customer service became very rude and threatening
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 23, 2024
Dear Jac / Louise
You placed your order five days ago, and since then, we have been in consistent email communication where I have remained courteous throughout. When you accused me of being rude, I respectfully asked you to point out where I had been rude, but you chose not to respond and instead left this negative feedback.
It’s also worth noting that our terms of service clearly state that free international shipping can take up to 10 business days for delivery. This information is transparently provided to all our customers.
To claim that we have been rude to you is simply untrue. We take pride in treating all of our customers with respect and professionalism. Your feedback is not only unfair but also deeply disappointing. I encourage you to reconsider your approach, as such accusations are unwarranted and unkind.
We serve over 400 customers every day, and while the majority of interactions are positive, it is inevitable that a small number of individuals may resort to dishonesty or negative behavior over relatively small amounts of money. It’s disheartening to think about what some might do for even larger sums.
We remain committed to operating with integrity and providing the best possible service, but it’s truly unfortunate to witness such behavior.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

I just received my order of 4 Ihone 14…
:Update #3:
In response to MaxPure Case manipulative lies
Keep in mind, they say in their response that they take Sundays off. But yet they are responding to my reviews on a Sunday. But not to my email? LOL
There is an Apple Store 14 miles away from our house at The Mall Of America. With us needing a one more present for Christmas we stopped by that store and to no one’s surprise Apple says they are clearly indeed FAKE. Apple says only they make originals.
I strongly suggest people look at the reviews of MaxPureCase response in the reviews. They are all relatively the same response.
Also, keep in mind they have not replied to my email saying I want a refund with returning the five cases.
:Update #2:
In response to MaxPureCase response of more lies
And yet you respond on a Sunday for a review but won’t answer a email. LOL yeah ok. First, I have never used a single word of threats of negative feedback. All the other reviews speak of “fake” by itself. My email said that your products are indeed a fake and I want a refund. So with that in mind how do you want the products BACK for a full refund. You used the word return “both” well that’s wrong too as it was 5 products not “both”. So there is that.
People please do you research as many complain about this and this company says the same thing on each reply on a review. I personally won’t let that happen in my case. I won’t let this company talk bad about my faithful purchase and I will fight back. THEY ARE Fake. Again, buyer beware.
:Update:
in response to MaxPureCase response
I ordered all 5 at the same time. Also, I DID ask for a refund by email in which I haven’t received a reply.
No idea why you said something about a stone credit card. I have had this card for 30 years. You say this so you can discredit myself. Good try. Buyer beware!!!!!!
Please give me my refund!!!!!
I just received my order of 5 iPhone 14 Pro Max silicone cases from Max Pure Case. They are 100% fake. I brought them to an Apple Store and they confirmed it. Buyer beware!!!!
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 22, 2024
Dear Jayson,
It seems you may have intended to obtain five cases free of charge by leveraging negative reviews, but this is not an appropriate or ethical approach. As a business handling over 12,000 orders per month, we are well-versed in various tactics, ranging from fraudulent chargebacks with claims of stolen cards to unfounded accusations about the authenticity of our goods.
• If the card used was stolen, why would the billing and shipping addresses match?
• If the cases were truly “fake,” why would you want to keep them? Additionally, why would anyone purchase multiple items from a site they find suspicious?
We take pride in the quality of our products, and over 200,000 satisfied customers attest to this. Even Apple recognizes our legitimacy, as evidenced by our official app on the App Store. Furthermore, we hold a perfect score of 100/100 on Scam Advisor. The only reason our score on this platform is not 4.9 is due to our decision not to pay for their services, a well-documented issue among businesses.
While we appreciate your feedback, we believe there are more constructive and honest ways to spend your time than posting inaccurate reviews. Should you have legitimate concerns, we are always open to resolving them professionally.
p.s. We take Sundays as a day to rest and do not respond to emails, so we would have appreciated a little more patience before escalating the matter. Unfortunately, I cannot share screenshots of our email correspondence here, but I trust that those reading this will recognize the situation for what it is.
The emails in question involved demands for a refund, accompanied by threats of negative feedback and reports against our company. When we do not respond to such tactics in the way the sender expects, they resort to posting negative reviews, as it is unfortunately easy to do so online. The internet has given everyone a voice, including individuals attempting to acquire items without payment by leveraging small disputes.
We stand by our principles and do not succumb to fraudulent behavior, even when the amounts involved may seem minor. Integrity matters, and we believe it is important to stand up for what is right.
To reiterate, we will not issue a refund unless the items are returned to us. Attempting to retain both the items and a refund is not only unfair but also akin to theft. We encourage you to reflect on this situation and act with honesty.
It is evident that this buyer has no reservations about making false claims, as the assertions presented here are simply untrue. While they are entitled to return the items, they are not entitled to $200 worth of merchandise for free.
Additionally, it is worth noting the inconsistency in their statement: the items were delivered on a Sunday, yet they claim to have "checked" them at an Apple Store on the same day. This is especially questionable considering the buyer resides in a town that does not even have an Apple Store.
We are committed to providing fair and transparent service, but we also stand firm against dishonest attempts to exploit our policies. Should the buyer wish to proceed with a legitimate return, we are more than willing to accommodate this in accordance with our standard practices.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. They are terrible. I still have not received my package and every time I write to them I get the same automated email. Wish I never ordered from them.
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 18, 2024
Dear Maddie,
I am writing to clarify a misunderstanding regarding the cancellation of an order. It is important to note that once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. We have already sent you a notification regarding this matter:
“We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel an order that has already been dispatched from our warehouse, as it is beyond our control. Please note that the item has physically left our warehouse and is currently in transit, whether in the cargo hold of an airplane or the truck of our shipping partner, making it impractical to intercept the shipment.
Nonetheless, once you receive the item, you have the option to initiate a return and request a refund. For more details, please consult our return policy on our website:
MaxPureCases Return Policy: https://maxpurecases.com/policies/refund-policy
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Refunding the order at this stage would unfortunately mean providing the items for free, which is not sustainable for our business.”
After that, you just ignored this and posted the same question again. So we’ve sent the same reply again. And added this:
“The free shipping option is designed for customers who prefer the most cost-effective solution and are comfortable with a delivery time of 5 to 10 days. For faster delivery, we offer a standard international shipping option for $3.99, which typically takes 4 days. Additionally, for most regions, there is a $9.99 option for delivery within 2 days. These options are ideal for customers who require faster or expedited shipping.”
Given that you anticipate the cancellation of the shipped item, which is contrary to our policy and common sense, or the expedited delivery of the item within two days with complimentary shipping (despite the provisions outlined in the Terms of Service and Shipping Policy), I believe we are entitled to this rating.
Thank you for your feedback.
**Edit:** P.S. We were never contacted after this incident, which further demonstrates that individuals tend to react negatively to seemingly ordinary and anticipated behaviors, and their concerns quickly dissipate.

3 weeks for a fake Apple case
It took over 3 weeks to get the case. When I told them to cancel the order they apologized and told me I would receive a refund. In this time I had purchased the same phone case elsewhere. The case arrived and I told them I would like to send it back and they would not allow this..I then disputed with my bank. It was a mess anywho the case also appears to be a fake so long story short don’t buy from here
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 9, 2024
Dear Sam,
It is correct that we cannot cancel an order once it has left the warehouse. However, it is inaccurate to claim that we did not allow for the item to be returned. Our return policy is clear, and we always accept returns.
The issue arose because you expected us to cover the return shipping costs after you decided to change your mind about the purchase. While we strive to assist our customers, we do not cover return shipping costs in such cases, particularly when communication is not conducted respectfully.
When this was not acceptable to you, it appears that you initiated a chargeback by claiming the item was “not as described,” despite that not being the case. We are currently awaiting the bank’s decision on the matter, and they typically side with us when transactions are fair and well-documented.
Regarding shipping, it is worth noting that the delivery took 10 days, which aligns with the standard shipping option you selected for $1.99. There was an opportunity to upgrade to 2-day shipping for $4.99, which was not chosen at the time of purchase.
In summary, this situation seems to stem from a misunderstanding and frustration. While we always aim to provide excellent service, we also maintain firm policies to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team

Absolutely a knock-off case
Absolutely a knock-off case. They all must be, mine was for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Came in what looks like a genuine box, but the serial numbers don’t match, and the font and alignment of the text on the inside of the phone is off a bit. I don’t mind non-Apple stuff but when I’m charged full apple price it really bothers me. When I made a fuss I got me money back, but the company didn’t admit to being in the wrong.
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 7, 2024
Dear David,
We have reviewed the photograph you provided and have determined that the case is not different from what we previously described. Despite our differing viewpoints, we have processed your refund.
Please note that our discount price is less than the full Apple price. The item you purchased cost $39.95, which includes free shipping. The Apple retail price is $59.00, plus applicable taxes.
We appreciate your prompt and courteous communication, which prompted us to initiate the refund process. We are satisfied that we have resolved your issue.
Kind Regards,

Counterfeit apple products from alibaba…
Counterfeit apple products from alibaba, which are being dropshipped that take weeks to arrive. He's a scammer blagging his way through life and lying to people about his legitimacy.
This knobhead needs to stop blagging himself aswell as everyone else. Fake products. Fake guy.
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 5, 2024
Dear Ryan
It seems there may have been an issue that has left you dissatisfied, potentially related to a chargeback decision. While we understand that such outcomes can be frustrating, it is disheartening to see repeated negative reviews aimed at discrediting our legitimate business. We have noticed a pattern of similar reviews from a small group of individuals who may struggle to accept outcomes they disagree with.
It is worth noting review platform employs practices that make it challenging for businesses to maintain a fair score without subscribing to their paid services. For example, a $1,600 monthly fee is required to display “verified” reviews. This has been widely discussed and criticized in various forums and even on the platform’s Wikipedia page. While negative reviews often remain regardless of violations, more than 20 of our positive reviews are removed daily, which is unfortunate but something we have come to accept.
We remain committed to serving our customers with integrity and transparency, and our business continues to be recognized for its legitimacy and quality. If you have specific concerns, we encourage open communication to resolve them directly.
Sincerely,
MPC Team

This site needs to get shut down
This company portrays itself as an Apple partner selling genuine Apple products, but they’re actually selling counterfeit goods. These products are complete fakes. Whenever the owner gets called out, they retaliate by claiming the reviews are biased, unfair, or written by people with malicious intent. Trust me—this many people aren’t "evil," and it doesn’t matter if you believe your business is legitimate. Fake businesses pop up on the iOS store and online platforms every day, posing as real ones—and you are one of them.
I’m not asking for a refund, nor do I want one. My intent is to warn others not to fall for your scam and end up with fake or rip-off Apple products. Go ahead and accuse me of blackmail or being malicious if you want. The truth is, your shady and deceptive business practices speak for themselves.
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 5, 2024
Dear Sir or Madam,
It is interesting to engage with someone who chooses to remain anonymous behind a vague nickname. For the sake of discussion, let us assume you are not a competitor and are aware that this platform does not remove negative reviews, allowing individuals to post as many as they wish. Upon reviewing our feedback, it is evident that most of the negative reviews originate from a small group of individuals—three or four people, as can be observed by checking their names.
As many business owners are aware, this platform often prevents companies from maintaining high scores unless they are paying clients. We firmly believe in transparency and do not support the practice of paying for what should be unbiased and free. Unfortunately, this means that approximately 95% of our positive reviews are deleted, despite being authentic. If you search online, including Reddit and Wikipedia, you will find numerous discussions that highlight similar issues with this review platform.
In reality, our business performance reflects a much higher standard, with a true score of 99/100 based on our return and defect rate, which is below 0.15%. This is supported by independent verifications, including a perfect score of 100/100 on Scam Advisor.
We are a legitimate business, vetted by Google Merchant Center, and our products are verified by Amazon staff. Additionally, there are no illegal store apps listed on reputable platforms like the App Store, as these undergo rigorous checks.
While we appreciate your attempt to warn others, the claims in your review appear to be factually incorrect. If you experienced an issue with your item, we have no record of receiving any communication from you. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can address and resolve your concerns.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Beware
Beware! Terrible Experience with This Company
I had a horrible experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. They claim to be based in the USA, but the truth is they are actually operating from Europe, and when you track your shipment, you’ll see it’s coming from China. Delivery time is also a lie. They promised 6 days for shipping, but it took over two weeks!
The product I received was a low-quality fake, not at all what was advertised. The case was hard to remove, the side buttons didn’t match, and the camera cutout was completely wrong. Even the embossed Apple logo was smaller than the original!
Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. It’s all lies from the start.
Response from MaxPureCasesDec 3, 2024
Dear “Dmitro,”
Why would you use an unrecognizable nickname? Why not reach out to us directly with your order number and details about your issue? Instead of spreading falsehoods about our company, we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns you may have.
The only accurate claim in your comment is that our warehouse is in Europe—everything else is simply untrue. If you had contacted us, we could have resolved your problem quickly.
Regarding shipping: orders sent via the $1.99 or $4.99 shipping options typically arrive within 5 or 3 days, respectively, while free shipping can take up to 10 days. We understand that frustration can arise, but there’s no need to misrepresent the quality of our products or our company. We’re here to help.
