All our software is available as downloadable demos here: https://download.maxprog.com You purchase software once you are sure it works as you expect. I guess you did not try the demo however you can now get a refund during 30 days after the purchase.

I don't know what product you are talking about but if it is eMail Extractor, that software only supports XLS, DOC, RTF, TXT and PDF formats. If you try to process anything else, you may get junk.

eMail Verifier only requires a computer and an internet connection with access to port 25. Then you only need to drag and drop your list in plain text format and start testing. If you have issues you just have to contact the support at [email protected]. As far as I know, you never contacted me despite support is free.

You should contact the support here: https://helpdesk.maxprog.com and ask them to check your settings, maybe you are not using the right DNS servers or maybe your internet service provider is blocking port 25.
