Piss poor server management…Disgusted
Max is a brilliant trader and it’s apparent in just 10 minutes of listening to him or speaking with him. I planned on signing up for his mastermind class but didn’t have an opportunity to because of how his server is mismanaged. I witnessed a few people ask questions about the Max Bot and adaptability to the current market. Instead of listening to the concerns and responding in an appropriate manner, I observed Vinny (server manager)cursing at the customers . It was unwarranted and a turn off. One person even remarked that they hadn’t complained or done anything to deserve that. Vinny only doubled down and went on to put all of the people asking questions on time out. I was disgusted. I think the sky is the limit for Max. He offers great insight and a wonderful product but he needs to be careful about the people he hires. They are tainting his brand. I could never in good conscience recommend his server after what I witnessed today. ***updating to 3 stars to reflect Max’ amazing 5 star insight and product balanced against a 1 star unprofessional boy child (doubt this kiddie is over 16) as moderator.

Hey G. Anthony, Max here. First off, thank you for the compliments. Secondly, you have to understand we run a FREE DISCORD server which in a niche of investment communities that is plagued with scammers, spammers and nasty people. We have around 20,000 members at the moment and only 2 moderators. Vinny being one of them puts his best foot forward every day answering hundreds of support tickets and protecting the members of our server from corrupt scum. He is a human who can have emotions as well after a few hundred negative and pessimistic comments he can get upset as well. We are not in a professional blue collar setting here, this is the wild world of the digital life and he is doing a phenomenal job and he does it for free. I think you should reconsider this 1 star review as it damages me and my companies reputation over one of my free moderators who is doing a wonderful job day in and day out for this company. Thank you
