Service is good for online but prices seem to be a bit high right now as further in the program and I am getting other offers for less money for the same product. Prices should remain the same or go down with more competition and there seems to be more competition these days. They set the hook and now inch things up but soon will explore other options for the same product!

I signed up for a monthly pay schedule and they immediately charged my account 600.00 without warning. I called many times to complain and they kept diverting questions and never gave answers nor corrected the issue. I had to call my bank to fix it. I received no communications at all for 2 months despite my daily calling and emails. The product arrived 2 months after they charged my acct. I’ve sent numerous emails and calls about this and they refuse to respond. They sent a 3 month supply at one time without knowing how you’re going to react to it. I have had it for 3 months and have lost absolutely no weight. I’m very active and should have lost weight but nothing. When I try to contact support, surprise! No support!😡 !!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If I could I would give MaxLife 0 stars. The first five months my wife took the medicine was ok, but the last three months have been awful! The first of the three months the product was over two weeks late and the past two months our credit card was charged on time, of course, but no product has been delivered in June or July. My wife has been texting, calling, and leaving voicemails everyday for a week with no response to any of her messages. This is 100% Unacceptable…you have no problem taking our money, but can’t and won’t deliver the product promised to us when we signed up eight months ago! All we ask is for you to do the right thing!!
