I ordered a jacket from this business. The jacket was great (at least 4/5 rating) but working with customer "disservice" was dreadful. I sought an avenue to share a special circumstance that might qualify me for a waiver of return/exchange deadline. I asked for a referral from the front line customer service agent (Tina C) to a manager with power of professional judgment, or at least open to professional listening. Getting the witch's broom for Oz would have been easier. Don't trust a company that works extremely hard to hide managerial staff and a customer service telephone number. It's all hard ball with these folks.
