Terrible quality and crap warranty
We purchased a bed two years ago specifically because it was solid wood construction and I wanted something that would last. Every slat in the bed has snapped in half. The metal support bar is attached to straight cardboard at the baseboard. That’s not going to hold anything and just slid right off. Now the frame has fully snapped. Customer support says too bad, it’s out of the 1 year warranty. - bed should last more than 1 year without literally snapping in two. What garbage.
