Breeder basically pulled up handed the puppy to my wife left.took the puppy to the vet 3 days later.found out puppy had a bad uti. Costs us 600 dollors.been compensated 100. Breeder won.t answer us back .before the Breeder delivered the puppy she was so nice. After we got the puppy she stopped answering our texts.be careful mawoo don.t really check the breeders they justs make a percentage of sales.puppy is loved and is a princess.

I would stay away from this site. I believe they are selling from puppy mills. I’ve tried calling (three times) and emailing (twice) over a period of 3 months to get more information about a specific puppy breed and ask if I can have information on their parents. I’ve yet to receive a response. Over these 3 months I saw numerous litters come up for sale from this breeder. Having a hard time understanding all the great reviews on this site?! I would read the 1-star reviews and seek a reputable breeder instead of purchasing here as you’re taking a chance.

NO RESPONSE/SICK PUPPY I would like to start by stating, I had a good experience initially when getting my puppy. I only had him three full days when I returned home from work and he was completely unresponsive. This required CPR as I begged a nearby vet office to see me. I had to conduct CPR as I drove there, this was quite a traumatic experience. That vet was able to finally stabilize him w a port, among other things. They said that he was hypoglycemic, hypothermic and was unsure of what other issues. They buddle him in hot bags and I transported him to emergency vet, there was no way around this as they advised that the port would stay in and that he would die if I did not take him to the E vet. I left there with a $400 bill. I got to the emergency vet and told them that I was going through a divorce and could only do the basic care but wanted him alive. They did the basic care and did all they could to keep him alive, they informed me of some blood disorder and that the hypoglycemia had lowered his blood pressure. There were a few other concerns that I was not made aware of when I got my precious angel. When I went to work I left him food and water out, and he had a blanket and it was normal temp in the apartment. Needless to say the emergency vet bill was around $3800. I had to take out credit to cover the inital cost and then have been making payments on the last $1000. I say all that to say, soon as I went to the first vet I was in communication with the breeder and Mawoo pets informing them of every step. I have emailed and text all the bills and vet records which i was told to do. Now I cant get anyone to call me back, I did not have this dog long enough to have to pay an extra $4000 on top of what I just paid mawoo pets for this very expensive dog. Had I known that i would not be supported if a situation like this would have rose three days after getting the dog I would have never used Mawoo pets. Responding: According to the vet records there were more issues than hypoglycemia that is just what the initial vet caught trying to bring him back to life. Also, that should have been explained to me, although I am glad you are updating your info now.

1 is too much. There needs to be a zero rating. Huck is a cavapoo we bought at 7 months. He had been seen by a vet multiple visits before we purchased him. There were no mentions of his issues despite having vet visits by Mawoo or his breeder. I took Huck to our vet as soon as they had an available appointment for a new puppy check up. $500 dollars later from 1 visit to our vet, I found out: Genetic Disorder-Cryptorchidism Where testes don’t descend into scrotum but rather in the abdominal area by the kidneys. As a result, dog cannot be neutered. A full abdominal surgery must be performed. Testes descend at 2 months, rarely after 6 months, and I purchased Huck at 7 months (nearly 8 months). Cost: $850 if vet can performed, additional $1600 if specialist has to perform surgery. Patella Luxiation- Fancy for dislocation of knees in his two back legs. Joint therapy is needed. Cost: Unknown due to every dog is different in needs. Urinary Tract Infection- Antibiotic therapy Cost: Cost was included in the $500 initial visit mentioned prior Ear Infection- Antibiotics Cost: Cost was included in the $500 initial visit mentioned prior I’ve owned 4 dogs prior to Huck, none had issues like this and they have all been about the same mix breeds. Brought all this information back to breeder and Mawoo (Cheryl Myers) and both were of no help even though there is a 1 year guarantee (which I was not going to exercise due to Huck already being a family member). It would be cruel and unusual to send him back because he cost an extra grand I wasn’t expecting. $2500 dog so far. Cheryl Myers (Mawoo) even doubled down on my concerns basically saying I didn’t follow the rules and Huck was supposed to be seen within 3 days of purchase. 2 major issues with that: 1- I live in Missouri, Huck was breaded somewhere in Kentucky. It was more than 24 hours of travel time before we made it back to Missouri. 2-I can’t make my vet or any other vet move their current schedule to accommodate this 3 day Mawoo policy. Huck didn’t need an emergency appointment and as mentioned before, we went to the vet’s first available appointment for a new puppy check up. I’m not upset at the unexpected cost. That’s the price of doing business with strangers. I’m upset neither Mawoo or breeder claimed to have known nothing of Huck’s conditions even at 7 months and multiple vet visits on their end. I was vetted pretty throughly before I was able to even purchase a dog from Mawoo. I feel like the breeders should also be vetted as closely. Mawoo needs to update some of their policies that do not make sense. Purchase with Caution with Mawoo. (Google review is up) Hope this helps. Ashely K. Update 12/23/22- the pet store has tried to silence me by asking Trust Pilot to take down my post because they felt like it wasn’t genuine (i.e. not a customer). Thank goodness Trust Pilot is a legit, honest company and gave me a notice to prove even further that I was a customer of Mawoo. Receipts don’t lie and thank you Trust Pilot for contacting me to keep this forum honest. I did purchase this dog from Mawoo. Trust Pilot now has both receipts. My dog is now up to $3200 in vet bills. I’m going to double down today and say forget proceed in caution, have a lawyer draw up a guarantee for at least a year for no major illnesses due to genes requiring medical attention. If you don’t, then you may end up with a pupperoni like us. We love him but he’s at the vet all the time.

Cons- Missing important pet health papers from breeder. Puppy has issues with "hookworms", and ear infections. Pro - Yes I got the pet from Mawoo.
