MavixsReviews of mavixs.com

Suspected scam site. I have never bought from this company. However I got an advert on Facebook for it and noticed they have stolen my Facebook picture and used it against someone else's name (Allan) as part of a review. So thought it's only fair that I leave my own review. Also as a mclaren fan, blue and white versions of the team jerseys do not exist, they are selling fake shirts/team gear that a: isn't made and b: probably will never turn up anyway. Avoid.

I purchased an item from this company but never knew how difficult it would be to return it. Their customer service is NOT friendly to Americans. They shipped the wrong item and then insisted that they did nothing wrong. Then the company stated that could give me a 30% discount if I wanted to order another wrong item. What happened to the item I purchased and received wrong? Right in the trash. I love throwing money away..... I will never purchase an item from the company again and recommending that you do not either.

Returns policy was not helpful. Item could not be exchanged for a larger size without incurring considerable costs. As it is an online purchase, you can't fairly judge the fit until you receive the goods.

Extremely poor customer service, will not except any customer returns, please avoid the poor retainer.
