Completely scam! I ordered a play kitchen for my baby and ended up receiving something else. Very frustrating! Please don't do that to people!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Just like everyone else, I did not get the play kitchen I ordered and received a dumb hat! They would answer my emails like it was legit but never received what was ordered.

A total and complete scam!!! The package never arrived! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING with them!!

I give them 0 stars. Complete scam. Basically the same story as every other person on here. Ordered a play kitchen on Dec 9th 2022, was told it had been shipped on Dec 23rd. It never arrived. Got a ridiculous run-around over and over again and insane email correspondence from them. Nowhere is there a phone number to call. Extremely frustrating.

Would give them no stars if I could I also ordered the play kitchen for my son for Christmas and I actually received an empty envelope contacted company just last week as I now realized that it was from them and they told me to go to my post office so I did and they told me to file a police report I also did this and sent them the report number and received nothing back from them I am now going to contact my bank about them DONT FALL FOR SUCH A GOOD DEAL

Ordered a play kitchen. Never got confirmation email or receipt. Contacted company they sent me a tracking ticket and then once they said the package arrived of course I never got it. They tried to say it was left in my mailbox, which is impossible because I live in a community where my mailbox would never fit a package. They told me to take it up with my local post office. They give you some fake tracking number that shows it was delivered. When I tried to track the number there was no such number with USPS. Luckily I was able to retrieve my money through my bank and it wasn’t very much but lesson learned. If it sounds too good to be true, it is! This is a total scam!

Do NOT buy from them! I bought a kitchen for my son on 15 December, 2022 and never arrived. I did contacted them and as they did with other customers they gave me the tracking number and told me to contact the local post office, which of course has no idea of this package. I reach out again and they keep saying the same thing, seems an automated message. MAVISSE is a scam, stay away from them!

I have received the same thing as everyone.. not a doll house but a pair of compression stuff or whatever it is. I am super mad as customer service is fraud as well. Do not order anything from them
