Unlike traditional employers, we don’t hire traders in a salaried role — instead, we offer a structured trader development program that provides education, tools, and access to firm capital upon completion of training and evaluation requirements. We do our best to be transparent from the very beginning. Before any interview is scheduled, we ask that candidates watch a short presentation video that outlines exactly how our program works, including details about our lifetime membership fee, monthly desk fees, and the steps to qualify for capital. These fees are used to support coaching, trading software, support infrastructure, and live education — we never ask for any payment without fully explaining what it’s for. We completely understand that this model may not be the right fit for everyone, especially for traders who are looking for direct funding without going through a structured program. But we believe in building long-term, sustainable trading careers — and we’ve helped many traders do just that.
