Complete lack of professionalism and bait-and-switch
I signed an agreement for services with Maven Ghostwriters under a signed contract that omitted any USD specification. After paying my initial $702 CAD deposit, they attempted a bait-and-switch by demanding unwritten currency exchange fees and full payment before delivering a single page of work. Their communication and process showed a total lack of professionalism and completely destroyed my trust. Despite confirming in writing that my refund would be processed weeks ago, they are holding my funds and stalling. Avoid this company.
