Matt Hersh is one of the best coaches in the industry when it comes to business, personal growth, and transformation. He has a special gift for truly seeing your natural, God-given talents and helping you turn them into scalable, profitable offers that feel fully aligned with your purpose. Matt always makes his coaching sessions packed with value, while keeping the work simple, clear, and easy to implement on the other side. He’s a coach I’ve returned to time and time again because of his expertise in business and scaling, in addition to his unmatched ability to hold space, recognize your unique strengths, and see the greatest vision for you. If you’re looking for someone to help you uncover what makes you uniquely powerful, turn your skills into profit, and maybe finally start the business that could change your life, I highly recommend hiring Matt 🙏

Whether you're a new entrepreneur or an experienced coach, Matt brings tremendous value to both your business and your personal growth. Before working with him, I felt stuck in the early stages of building my business and assumed I just needed a better strategy. What I didn’t realize was how energetically imbalanced I’d become. As an engineer, I’d spent the last decade deeply rooted in a hyper-analytical, masculine mode of operating. I thought I was seeing the whole picture, but I was really only accessing a narrow part of myself. Through our work, Matt helped reveal deeply buried limiting beliefs that were constraining my ability to serve the people I wanted to help. He guided me in releasing these energetic blockers and reconnecting with the creative side I had suppressed throughout my engineering career. The result was not just better business clarity, but a more integrated and powerful version of myself. Matt brings strong coaching instincts, deep business acumen, and genuine humanity to every interaction. I highly recommend his services to anyone ready to elevate both their life and their business.

I’ve been in LOTS of coaching programs and have done tons of healing and personal development work. But I still felt like I was missing something and was not making the money I knew I could. Impact Accelerator finally brought it all together for me!! One decade of study condensed into one program that I love (and my new clients have been loving). And I’ve found my flow with marketing and actually enjoy posting now. These guys are doing work that really matters. They’ve helped me see and realize my potential. I’m so grateful for Matt and Chet, IA, and the IA community.

At first, I had doubts and struggled with the early trainings. But as I got the hang of my style and Matt & Chet's methods, it was a game changer. They supported me all the way. Their program is incredible, truly one of a kind. I highly recommend it to every single coach.

Truly invaluable and rewarding a hundredfold. The presence of strong, guiding masculine energy was wonderfully balancing and nurturing for my own feminine essence. I embarked on this journey filled with both immense aspirations and significant apprehensions. However, I emerged with a roster of new clients and a newfound sense of self-assurance. Immense gratitude to Matt and Chet for their pivotal role in helping me bring my dream to fruition.

It pains me to have to write this as I trusted Matt. But as the saying goes... "What's done in the dark will come to the light." I advise anyone looking for a program of this matter to truly do their due diligences not only of the people coaching but the program itself. Beware SCAM

I am a heart-centered educator, whose passion is to serve and support committed teachers who feel constrained and exhausted take back their classrooms and their lives. And ultimately, take their career and fulfillment to the next level. Two key reasons for my joining Impact Accelerator: I wanted to deliver REAL impact and OVERCOME myself to make it happen. My experience with Impact Accelerator has been most rewarding. I have grown personally and professionally to the degree that I could not imagine possible. I am launching my first program in a few weeks and I couldn't be more proud. As I write this review, I'd like to send a heartfelt thanks to my Coach Matt at Hersh Research Institute. You ARE a brilliant coach, who has certainly over delivered your gifts in growing me to become a better version of myself. All the best as you help others grow themselves AND their impacts.

He has a wealth of resources and knowledge that he brings to the table and a passion to help each client build a business that supports the life and impact they want to create. Also, the community that Matt has created is spectacular!
