I bought a recliner couch a couple months ago and the mechanism on one of the recliner sides is broken. I think it was damaged during delivery because that side never worked right and just got worse over time. Mathis Brothers is offering me a credit to buy another piece of furniture, but I bought a matching set and replacing one piece is not going to work because I cannot find an exact match. They no longer make this line of sofa recliners. I feel Mathis Brothers should either refund both pieces of furniture I bought from them and pick them up or allow me to keep the broken sofa and give me a full refund on it. I have contacted them three times about this issue and have not been able to resolve it to my satisfaction.
