Excellent POS made specifically for retail businesses! It’s very modern in what it can do for your retail business. It’s priced right too and doesn’t overcharge like many of the other POS systems out there nowadays.

Definitely recommend. My clothing shop has used Material POS (formerly Shoptiques) for several years -- easy, efficient and dependable. It's a god-send at checkout, automatically gives all the sales information and reports we need to re-stock, re-order and conduct myriad daily retail tasks. Plus it cuts down on paperwork for sales tax reports and EOY tax prep. I never notice any down time for updates — if there was must’ve been middle of the night! Elliot and the creators have always quickly answered questions. Oh yes, it’s easy to upload merchandise for online sales.

I think when choosing a POS system for your business the most important things to consider are how user friendly is that system , and if needed how is their customer support team . Materialretail not only satisfied those two objectives but exceeded my initial expectation's. Being new at this we had a lot of questions and needed help to get started and maintain our system they were always there to walk us through and that made our job that much easier. Definatly would recommend their services .

I’ve worked with Shoptiques for over two years now. I am able to see data driven analytics that allow me to clearly understand how my business is doing. Additionally, there are so many features that help market my business and website. However, the most important reason for me continuing with Shoptiques is that there is a dedicated, Boutique Success Manager. Now, to be perfectly honest I did not even know what my boutique success managers actual job title was! I had to actually ask him. All I know is this… Every time I have a problem I call him. Every time I’m concerned about my business, I call him. Every time I have a question that I don’t know the answer to, I call him. Every time I need help with a suggestion for the success of my company, I call him and he responds immediately and with incredibly good ideas and suggestions. I do not say this lightly. It’s the truth. It’s the main reason I stay with Shoptiques. It’s something that is unexpected when you sign up for this service and he does an exceptional job. His name is Elliot Djmal and if you’re lucky enough to have him as your “Boutique Success Manager” , you should also be writing a review to say how much he helps on all level levels to better your business.
