I had a great experience working with Material! The platform was easy to work with, and Elliot was incredibly helpful and responsive anytime I had a question or needed support. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and would definitely recommend Material!

It has been a bit of a bumpy road getting started, as I believe my quilt shop may be the first quilt shop they have brought onto their system. Naturally, there have been a few growing pains and some industry-specific needs to work through. However, what has impressed me most is how incredibly responsive they have been whenever an issue arises. My text messages are answered almost immediately, and my phone calls and emails receive prompt attention. I am confident that as we continue working through the remaining details, we will get all the kinks worked out and ultimately have a system that works extremely well for my business. I especially want to recognize Sarah M., who has been absolutely phenomenal throughout this process. She has patiently walked me through every question and concern, listened carefully to my needs, and worked diligently to find solutions. Her patience, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my business have been remarkable. I truly feel that she wants me to succeed with their system. Having recently dealt with a previous system whose customer service was extremely disappointing, I especially appreciate this level of support. As an example, an email and phone call I placed to my previous provider in late July did not receive a response until August 11. At that time, I received an apology for the delay and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. As of August 25, I have still received neither a phone call nor an email response. The difference in customer service has been night and day. A new system can always have a few bumps along the way, particularly when adapting to the specific needs of a quilt shop. What matters to me is how a company responds when those challenges arise—and this team has been “Johnny-on-the-spot” every step of the way. Sarah M. is truly exceptional, and I cannot say enough about the support she has provided. I am confident that we will soon have all the kinks worked out, and I look forward to having a system that serves my quilt shop beautifully for years to come.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We seriously LOVE Material POS. 💛 Their customer service is honestly unmatched and has been one of the biggest reasons we continue to love working with them. Anytime we have a question, an issue, or even a random “hey, is there any way we could make it do this?” idea, their team is right there. They’re quick to respond, creative with solutions, and they actually listen to what our business needs. They’ve even worked on creating new options within the software based on things we’ve asked for — which is pretty amazing. As a small independent business, having a company actually care about how their software works for your business means so much. You never feel like just another customer or number. The software is easy to use, continues to evolve, and the people behind it are just wonderful. It genuinely feels like they want to see small retailers succeed right alongside them. 10/10 recommend Material POS. Great software, even better humans. 🫶 We’re so grateful we found them!

Elliot was super helpful in explaining everything about MPOS during our training calls. He was able to provide answers to all of our questions and has been there for us with quick responses thru our transition to MPOS. I would absolutely recommend MPOS to anyone looking for POS options.
