You didn't approve anything. Your site forwarded me to several places that had me fill out info again and again. Then still nothing. Then I started receiving random texts from companies saying they could help after they had denied online. This is why your industry has such a bad name and reputation.

Getting a little fed up with all of these "Loan specialists" who never find or direct you to anyone who will loan money to you...All you guys do is take our info and push me in one direction to go find my own loan...smh

The tagline on our site says, "We work with many lenders to meet your needs." In order to do this, we ask our customers to fill out qualifying information. Once this is received, we pass that information over to one of our lending partners that matches a customer's needs. We are not a direct lender, but a service that matches a customer to an appropriate lender based upon our lending network and the customer's pre-qualifying information provided. I hope that helps clarify how we operate. We've tried to make that clear on our site. I'm sorry if you didn't understand.

I was told I was approved sign documents talked with a representative on the phone than never received my loan. After waiting half a day I called and i was then told it was denied. Then why go through the time of collecting my information on the application and on the phone telling me i was approved and than not approving me after all.

I'm sorry that your experience wasn't positive. I understand and sympathize with your points of frustration. Our website works as a matching service to a large network of lenders. Each lender may vary depending on policy. You were likely pre-approved in our systems and matched to a lender based upon specifications that the lender provided to us. In the end however, the final approval process rests in the hands of the money lenders and is then outside of our control. I apologize for any inconvenience of your time.
