I ordered the wrong size of backings by mistake. They said they would refund my money if I shipped it back. I spent $30 to send them back. I emailed them and told them... they ghosted me and I never got my $$. I had to contact my bank. They have no phone # so impossible to get through to anyone.

Very unprofessional and delinquent company. I purchased a set of 10 frames for a time sensitive project. They sent me a box of 9 only so when I let them know the problem and that I would like them to remedy the situation they took no ownership of there mistake no apology and only offered to send me one of the missing frames, which I still have not received. No refund no store credit etc. I no longer need any of the frames as I missed the deadline for the project submission.

Their ad said free shipping, so when the shopping cart refused to allow my purchase without paying shipping charges, I called them and they cheerfully took my order over the phone. Then CHARGED ME TWICE. When I tried to get them to adjust it, and showed them proof that they charged me twice, they basically said I was a liar. There is absolutely NO MENTION OF THE FACT THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY. I will never buy from these crooks again and if you do just remember my experience.

It took forever to receive my photo mats. Half the order was missing. And the quality was worse than terrible. Flimsy and poorly cut mats that were the wrong size. Customer service is an oxymoron here. Don't waste your time and money.

I'd give them a "0" if that's was an option. There phone number never works. You call 1(844)299-1500 says hours are 9 am to 5pm operators standing by I tried calling over and over for 3 days and each time, received a pre-recorded message of "message 504 The .com company. Your trying to reach is offline and unavailable. I was calling because I made a mistake on the outside dimensions on a custom mat. I received two mats that looked like a kid made them. The top margin was 1 inch, the bottom margin was 2 inches and the left was 1 1/2 inches and the right was 1 1/38 inches. 😖 so when I told them the corrected outside dimensions there answer was to chop off the top and side creating a hot mess that wasn't centered. The 2nd mat had at least equal sides, but top was 1 inch and bottom 2 inches again there answer was to cut the top off and didn't center the mat to look professional. Pure laziness. After I couldn't call them I emailed them, used Messenger where there website guy sent nasty messages to me saying he wasn't going to fix the problem

I had a horrible experience with this company. Some mats when I received were stained and scratched. Matboard sent me few new ones. Then I realized that the inner part of the mat was irregular because the mats are not cut manually but with a machine. This information should have been stated on the Matboard's website but it was not. So they send me few mats again and not the 50 I ordered. Then when I started framing I noticed that most of the backing were missing!I did not use all the mats at once, therefore when I called Matboard to let them know that the order was incomplete, the representative told me it was too late and she could not do anything. Too many discrepancies for a order of 50 mats....No satisfactory!
