We had an issue with our custom content/quizmaker interfacing with Mastery after an upgrade to the quizmaker on our side. Cynthia was AMAZING! Her persistence, solved the issue for us! This process took many tries to reach the final successful solution and Cynthia kept researching options until she found one that worked. 100% this would not have happened if it was not for Cynthia! She is top grade for customer service!!
