Ordered on a Sunday and they billed my card immediately. On Monday I got a notification that it had shipped, but USPS tracking said they were awaiting the package... for the rest of the week. I contacted customer support on Friday by email. On Saturday I got a response asking me to wait until Monday for an update so they could check with the warehouse. No update came Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, USPS was still claiming the seller never tendered the package. I reached out this morning, but got no response by EOD. Still waiting for an answer on where my order is 5 days after reaching out.

We approached this supplier to confirm their legitimacy and ensure compliance with Amazon’s sourcing requirements, but they refused to provide any proof of being an authorized or certified supplier. Despite claiming to purchase directly from brands, they were unwilling to share a Letter of Authorization, invoices from the brands, or any other documentation to verify product authenticity. Their lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their supply chain. If you need a verifiable and trustworthy supplier, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A reliable supplier should have no issue providing proof of authenticity.

Scammed me out of over $18,000. I purchased products over a year ago that were never shipped. Now I’ve been ghosted for weeks. I highly recommend buying directly from distributors like Kehe, UNFI, or Quality King Distributors instead.
