MasterSpa - slow and expensive service I bought a Masterspa Twilight spa for $11.3K in 2019 There have been numerous quality issues from simple ( replace corroded spa pillows) to failure of both the control panel and master circuit board. Each time has been $750 -$1100 per trip and it takes them 2-3 weeks to schedule service. There is only one service provider ( that is how masterspa sets it up), so you get service just like you would from a monopoly provider - slow and expensive.
