A fantastic experience in dealing with Stephen, who made us the most stunning trestle dining table in solid ash and delivered it himself to the Highlands. It is already a treasured centrepiece in our exhibition space, used to display ceramics and art books, and much admired. Incredibly well-designed and beautifully constructed, it’s a work of art, in itself!

Absolutely love my corner book case. A bit fiddly to put together when you start but then gets easier and looks amazing. Fantastic service - highly recommend.

Got loads of these dotted about the house! Excellent quality, nice and thick wood! Looks amazing. Always send quickly, arrives within two days everytime. Will use again.

Great Company in terms of quality and Service. I had an issue with the original table I bought last year. And because this was a rare fault, the original table and bench were replaced.

We are very pleased with our bar height table. We can now see the beautiful views from our Narrowboat windows while eating. Great quality and although it's pine, it's been stained to match the oak on the rest of the boat. And praise to the delivery driver for bringing it right to the door and onto the boat. Excellent service all round. Thank you and kind regards Angie Potts.

We ordered matching colour dining chairs and bar stools. The products are exactly as described and getting compliments from family and friends. The delivery was quick, highly recommended company. The only thing that can suggest is to let customers know if orders are being split over separate delivery companies to avoid confusion. We thought we had chair legs missing but they arrived the same day via a different courier.

The quality of the table is excellent and the customer service was really good. We did have a slight issue with our order which was resolved quickly. It was clear they would do everything possible to ensure it was sorted with speed and the communication was great. Thank you MasterPlank Team! Really recommend. :-)

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with Masterplank. We bought six chairs from them in May 2025. First of all only 2 arrived. Eventually we received all six but within a couple months the legs became loose from one and the screw came out as the fitting looked faulty. When we contacted the company we were ignored. Eventually they replied and said they no longer stock the chairs and would send us spare parts if I sent pictures. There was no apology. 2 months later we haven't heard from them. At Christmas my nephew was sitting on the faulty chair and it collapsed. The chair is now completely broken and we only have of the 6 chairs. An awful and disappointing experience
