Excellent products and a great company Highly recommended

The service from my initial enquiry to receiving our beautiful new table was outstanding! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating with delivery dates. I was initially apprehensive to order on line due to past experiences with other companies. Well I needn’t have worried at all, Stephen cheerfully and helpfully dropped off our new table and I could not be happier! The most beautiful, solid and substantial piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased. I know that it will be the gathering place for many many family/friends meals to come! Stephen, Beth and team - keep doing what you are doing, your passion and skill is evident in the quality of the furniture you deliver and these days that is very rare! If I ever have any other furniture needs I wouldn’t hesitate to contact you. Thank you.

Ordered a bespoke breakfast bar style table in July for delivery mid August. Table is beautifully made and very good value. Customer service were responsive to queries and delivery was straightforward to arrange. Highly recommend

Ordered a bench to match my existing table . Sent a picture of my table and asked to match the colour wow it’s amazing looks perfect couldn’t have matched it better . Amazing quality amazing customer service .

I bought a rising desk. Great quality and easy to construct. I love it! There was a slight issue with the pre drilled holes not being present. I contacted Masterplank and they were very responsive and managed my query quickly. I was really impressed with them.

My table from Masterplank is a thing of great beauty. I love it! And made to my exact spec in terms of size, legs and finish and delivered to my door. It feels more like a family heirloom than a piece of furniture, but because it's solid oak it feels practical too. It's the kind of table I don't have to feel to precious about which is just as well in our house!

Finally found this company that make bespoke furnitures. Was so delighted when my 90cm diameter table with cross legs arrived here last Tuesday, very well wrapped up and was so impressed with it being made in high quality. Will be back to order a desk for my study later. I do highly recommended this company 👏.

Really helpful staff
