this product does not fit a standard hose connection

Took quite some time to get here. My credit card server reported possible fraud when ordering. I was relieved when you continued send updates. Telling the truth I was surprised to get it.

The information for these hose nozzles aren't correct. The force out is not any more or even close to my current nozzle. I had to buy addional connector as well. Therefore, I am returning them. Also one connector appears opened and missing a piece on the end

No directions. Ordering stated receive in 2 days. It took over 3 weeks. Does not look like the hose I saw on TV.

Haven’t received yet has been weeks

It came on time.

I have decided I do not want this item as it is not compatible with my hose. Can you please let me know how I can return it. Thanks Bonnie J. Player

I haven't had a chance to use the product I ordered yet. The time my order took to get here was really poor.
