After waiting a considerable time to recieve what had been advertised as an authentic branded coat tge coat arrived and unfortunately was not what was advertised and could be considered a replica at best. Quality ok but the jacket in short is a fake. Despite attempts to contact them and the company wanting to see photographic evidence which was expediently sent to them they have not replied back since despite a few gentle prompts. Save yourself the time and hassle and avoid this website like the plague if you see any advertisements as selling authentic brands. You won't see your money again if you buy and like me you call them out on it and do what I forgot to do and read the reviews first. Avoid Masterjackets and don't be tempted. Just pay from the brands site or reputable boutiques that carry the brands.i wanted to say I got a bargain but sadly this was not the case.

Scam. Got a jacket from here for my birthday.. Obvious fake. Poor quality, and not even close to what they advertise it to be. Tried contacting them for a return, but they're not answering. Steer away from this site. Edit: After writing this I sent a new e-mail. Now they offered $65 in return and for me to keep the $150 jacket. I wanted a full refund. Then they offered me $110. I said it's ok if I get $130 in return. That worked. (The same jacket is now on sale for $125 btw. Says everything you need to know about the quality of these).

This site is a total scam and only sells fakes. I paid over £80 for an NUFC Adidas hoodie but it is completely fake and the quality is absolutely horrendous. I’ve emailed them and they’ve just completely blanked me. Will be reporting to trading standards

I ordered a jacket during a sale, but after I purchased it, I saw a coupon code I forgot to use. I reached out to customer service, and they applied the discount retroactively! Not many companies do that—super impressed!
