MasterjacketReviews of masterjacket.com

They sale fake staff

Eerlijkheid over de originaliteit, prijs is naar verhouding, ik dacht dat het niet betrouwbaar was, maar toch mooi op afgesproken termijn ontvangen. Maatvoering is niete helemaal europees , XL valt klein

Product does not match expectations, doesn't look like on the pics. Poor construction quality. Weak customer service, nobody picks up the phone. Website is crap. Difficult, costly returns. Shame.

Ordered a jacket - reminded 10 times - now: no jacket, no money.

I've been sending emails to you guys on master jacket and no response. do to the jacket i Purchased and received is not the same one thats on the picture or described as It said. It described and said it was a homage starter dodgers jacket. and its a knock off. I am very disappointed on the purchase and I want my money back.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an "Adidas" Oasis track jacket and t-shirt, and the items I received were not anything like what was pictured. Instead of a track jacket, I received a nylon jacket with light insulationa and a quilted lining, and instead of a 100% cotton t-shirt, I received a polyester collared shirt. They were both of low quality. I contacted them immediately to initiate the return process, and after at least 6 emails and several phone calls I have yet to hear from them, and it has been 30 days now, so I'm sure they will say that the items are no longer eligible for return if they ever do return an email or call. Furthermore, they use photos from the Adidas website to represent their products, but the items bear no resemblence to the prouducts pictured.

This site is a scam, please do not order from them, I placed an order in Oct 2025 order initially said 25 business days before item ships out, that was the first red flag but payment had been submitted, item was never shipped out upon several failed email attempts to cancel item, I initially had to notify my bank on this site.
