The information is comprehensive and detailed. The test materials are reasonable and congruent. A mini study guide might be helpful but the pretests are relevant and useful as well. Nothing better at the price point.

I was hoping to get technical CPE for a CISA certification - IT security, Cybersecurity, etc. All I found that was even somewhat technical was how to improve Excel skills which doesn't meet my needs.

I agree with the other reviewers that this CPE provider's site is easy to use and the subscription is affordable. By subscribing in the middle of the year I was able to cover 2 years' requirements with one subscription. However, I had issues with the content on many of the courses I took. Similar to one other reviewer, I found some of the exam questions to be ambiguous and subject to interpretation. Also similar to another reviewer, I ran across many typos, grammatical errors and some flat-out factual errors. I resorted to using Google to find answers to some questions and to clarify some of the course material. When your audience is accountants, whose job performance is very dependent on accuracy, your material needs to be accurate and typo-free. That matters to us. I also made sure to check the publication date on each course before I selected it, as some courses were at least a couple of years old. As rapidly as standards and regulations are changing these days, the material needs to be current to be relevant. I don't think I'll subscribe to this provider again, despite the favorable price.

I have not used Master Tax for the last 2 CPE cycles. My memory of the previous CPE cycles was very good to exceptional. The necessary goals were met and in fact exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately that is not my experience this time around. The 2 courses one of which I have completed and the remaining course I am currently struggling though is disappointing at best. In my opinion, the course material is not user friendly to a professional audience, due to overly complicated narratives: (1) The narratives are replete with unnecessary information & (2) data narratives better presented in a snap-shot table was presented in overly complicated narratives. Since I bought a 1 year window of unlimited courses, I will continue to add additional courses in the hope that the selected courses will not fall into (1) & (2) detailed above. Great CPE provider. Provides hundred of courses-which are relevant to CPAs at a very reasonable fee. The best and I recommend Master CPE unconditionally.
